My husband and I had such a great shopping experience at the Oneonta location with Ben. He was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and was able to accommodate or different needs and preferences. We will be shopping again in the future!

I wish their customer service follow up was better for the amount of money we spent on the bed. Didn’t have the sheets in stock with the color we requested in time for the delivery. Multiple phone calls & 2 months later were told they were on back order. Another 2 months still no follow up via phone & when I walk in they look up my order and I am told we have your color and get handed one set of the wrong color when there should have been two. In hind sight we should have gone to the big box store.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Metro Mattress and HIGHlY encourage people go directly through a distrubtor or another agency. I spent $10,000 on 2 matresses and adjustable frames and the bed is very uncomfortable for me. I purchased a *********** which if you buy directly with ****** ***** and youe unsatified they will refund you. The bed was hard as a rock and killing my hips, they dip right into the bed. I went back in the store within the 30 day trail and let the store rep know my hips were hurting and sinking into the bed. She reasured me a needed a softer mattress and put me on a more expensive ****** *****. She never once had be try a spring coil or hybrid mattress. When i attempted to lay on a pillow top she told me it was "junk and get off it, you dont want it" So i bought the softer ****** ***** and not to my surprise it is hurting my lower back and hips. I called metro mattress again and sales rep told me a spring coil like the beauty rest or thr chattem and well might be a better fit but I needed to work with the store i purchased with. When i called the sales rep at my local store she said my ****** ***** is the best bed on the market, the other brand is hard as a rock and garbage. She said ahe sympothized with me and knows pain at night sucks but cant help me. When i called another sales manager to advocate for myself like im in pain, he said i really should have been put on other matresses and sounds like i was pressured into the ****** ***** which he addmited wasnt right and would have a manager call me. Apparently his idea of a manager was the first sales rep that basically already told me to kick rocks. Im not asking them to refund me. Ill pay the $99 restock fee and give them more money and business. Im just asking them to help me find a solution where i can sleep without pain. Apparently they dont care about customer satisfaction even when you spend $10,000. Awful business motto. Do not go to Metro Mattress!

Just dealt with Kyle and it was the smoothest purchase I have made in years - explained everything to me very simply like I asked and made the process a dream 10 out of 10 recommend Kyle and his Cortland store!

A far-away friend bought me a mattress from here. It's been difficult (on my end) to get a delivery date arranged. Shanan has been wonderfully patient and helpful, she's also very kind. I highly recommend them for a mattress purchase,I couldn't be more pleased.

I would not recommend Metro Mattress. We purchased two mattresses from them. We scheduled a deliver and neither mattress was delivered with no notification. We contacted the store and were informed that one of the mattresses was on back order but had since came in. We scheduled a 2nd delivery. On the 2nd delivery date only one mattress arrived and again with no notification. We contact the store and scheduled a 3rd delivery date. The 3rd delivery date came and went and no delivery or notification. We again contacted the store and were given no clear explanation or a clear delivery date for the missing mattress. This company has waisted a ton of our time causing us to miss work and other things waiting on deliveries that never came. I would encourage you to shop elsewhere.

Danielle was very pleasant and helped me with purchasing the matress I wanted. She was professional and made the necessary arrangements for delivery, and emailed me my receipt promptly. The delivery people called me and said they would be at our house in 15 minutes. I had a great experience from the very beginning to the end

I was in need of a bed but wasn't sure about purchasing online. Once I purchased, It said someone would be in touch to set up delivery. That is exactly what happened. Shanan L****** texted me first thing in the morning. She helped me finalize my payment and set up my delivery for tomorrow! This was so easy & the best experience. It's 8:30 & my mind is at ease that tomorrow I will have my new bed! Thank you so much Shanan!
