      Please contact MAS and ask for a transcript of the Concerned ID number ****** for further details. Despite numerous attempts to address the issue with both MAS and ******* ******* I have unfortunately encountered significant challenges in finding a resolution. Initially, MAS assured me that they would handle the matter, only to later redirect me to file directly with ******* ******. Similarly, my interactions with ****** at ******* ****** over the past two months have yielded no progress. I feel compelled to bring attention to individuals who have not adequately addressed my needs in this matter: MAS: • *** * ******** ** * ****** ** * ****** * ******** • Tony W. ******* ******: • Mr. ****** • Stephanie On or about March 2024, ****** instructed my driver to remove me from the vehicle, stating, …"GET HER OUT OF YOUR CAR…," and subsequently CALLED MAS and canceled my return-ride for the day. This action forced MAS to find me an alternative ride home due to my reliance on a wheelchair. It is evident to me that this situation constitutes discrimination under the State of New York Disabilities Act. Additionally, during an encounter with law enforcement on the same day, I expressed my refusal to leave the vehicle until my replacement ride arrived, as I did not feel safe trusting the driver or ******* ****** to ensure my timely arrival for a medical appointment. Furthermore, ******'s suggestion to delay repairing my wheelchair, under the assumption that elderly individuals like myself are expendable, is both appalling and unacceptable. His dismissive attitude and lack of regard for my well-being exacerbate my existing health concerns. Two (2) months stating: …”I do not want to send just anybody to your home to repair it, just wait…”. How many times do I have to hear the same rhetoric from Mr. ******? This time I insisted that he gave me his bosses information? Mr. ****** falsely said that Ms. L. S******* was his boss who is handling the repair. lied to me.

      After missing my neurology appointment today April 3rd because my request was medical answering service assigning me to ***** ambulette. Every time I was am assigned to the they either came hours late or not show up. If you listen to the tape I say the repeatedly. No Sinai. may be next in the line so Medanswering services book the trip. Never thought ***** never picks me up. I filed grievances against sideline for not picking me up.r. If I was working thererepeated problems with the ***** Medical answering service I would jump to the next vendor or call the client to see are they willing to risk riding with them. I know why metal won't answer service doesn't do that. They wanted to say they're only responsibility is booking me with transportation whether they come pick me up or not. And I also told me it's no way that I can have something that says I don't want to ride with them I cannot take him off of my vendor list. That's not good and that's dangerous if I cannot take them off my prepared list and then medical answering service continues to book trips with them. It's risking my health. I don't go to doctors for fun if I have a doctor's appointment it was needed. I used to be a CNA I wrote a ***** as a CNA I know some of the Sunday is older drivers sign I come real late and then says there's a no call no show and try to collect half the money but ***** doesn't say they were 3 hours late and picking up the client. ***** does a lot of unethical things. I should have the legal right to exclude them on my trips but I'm told I cannot. So what's my? And if I get sick because I miss my doctor's appointment who's to blame. Say I was going to get chemotherapy. Or some type of surgery and ***** doesn't show up like they always do. I should have some legal right to exclude a vendor that refuse to provide me that my insurance paid them for. I also asked as a courtesy can you call me and let me know your sign ***** and I can make a decision but they don't even do that.

      Transportation was given to dentists in Syracuse ny. After I complained about cab who brought me and my children there caller said they’d send different cab for me. Never received and cab and at late night was told there nothing they can do no one is available. Hunker down for night (mind u freezing out. almost 2 hours away in middle of city I don’t know. With no money and hunker where) told call back next day and maybe they can better help.

      These cab companys all of them on staten island since April i been missin lots of appointments n my health aint good need to get to my appointments on time or even get there ******* *** ****** ** ****** are all cabs i reported past few months and nothing is being done about this they are playing games dont show up lie say they called n came i dont answer this must stop i cant be missing my sppointments how im very sick n gmcant get to hospital cause cabs dont come playin games all day since 3pm ******* *** i want something to happend why use these companies they dont pick up up n lie say they came when they have my phone number n never called me pls something must b done about this asap this been too long with reporting this but same thing happends then when they do come they got 3 ppl already in car also medical calls when they should not b using *** *** go pick up 4 ppl this is y they play games they use one cab 4 ppl this is not right shen i dont want to share cab wit noone i have that right.. pls something has to stop these companies its not right im lookin like im neglecting my health missin appointments since april this is December same things happened over an over ..

      I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent incidents regarding the denial of transportation services for setting up a medical care facility. Specifically, on approximately 10/07/2023 and 10/09/2023, I was denied access to transportation services without any prior consent or notice. Furthermore, I am extremely concerned about the informal blocking that was placed on my account, preventing me from accessing the services I require. Despite completing the necessary 2020/2015 form as instructed by my *** and submitting it, I have yet to receive any explanation as to why my account was blocked. Amy, who claims to be a supervisor, has allegedly reported the matter to the compliance unit, but no response has been received. These repeated incidents of denial and blocking appear to be a form of harassment and possible retaliation against me for filing an internal complaint. It is distressing to note that even the oversight agency, ***** ** ******, has been acting in concert with MAS LLC to obstruct my access without providing any proof of notice or wrongdoing. Instead, they continue to insist on further medical review, thereby subjecting me to unwarranted inconvenience and mental distress. I strongly believe that the exposure of this company's fraudulent practices in collecting money through my insurance is necessary to protect the people of New York State and its members. I am seeking clarification on these matters and a civil remedy that will ensure that MAS LLC is held accountable for their actions. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue promptly and ensuring that appropriate measures are taken to prevent any further violation of my rights.       I am the health advocate and natural health practitioner for a patient who has decided to use the services of Med Answering Service. It took me months to enroll the patient in the program and to get her set up with an account with them. The patient's med answering account was finally effective in late July and has been running smoothly. However, the transportation service has not been careful and safe with her. They have put the patient in unsafe and precarious circumstances on more than one occasion.The online account was set up to monitor the vendors she uses to go to her other doctor's appointments and for documentation purposes. Without notifying myself or the patient they deactivated the account which poses a tremendous security risk. I have made several phone calls for them to reactivate immediate;y and they have not done so. Please assist with these matters since it is a dire situation concerning safety. email account *****************

      On July 14, 2023 a reservation was made for ******** *. *****. The patient used ******* ************** on 7/8/2023, and wanted them to be her PPT for all appointments. ******* was ambivalent to take the call because they wanted a custom payment. Med Answering was called and asked to process a custom payment since I, the patient preferred them. It is a matter of safety and comfort. Since that time no one has gotten back to me regarding approval or rejection of the custom payment request. I was assigned to about 4 or 5 different companies. Some of the services such as ** ********* do not have the best rating and have many complaints associated with them. Each time I call to confirm the reservations it is a different story and I am told there is no reservation on file or they are unable to take me to my doctor's appointment on 7/19/2023. MAS is creating the impression that they are very unprofessional and unreliable. The company requested a signed 2015 form that indicated that I am entitled to ambulette and wheelchair service. The correct form was provided yet MAS plays games by not delivering the proper services. I am presently non-ambulatory. I have issues with walking since my hip is currently fractured. I require a wheelchair and two people to assist me.This company advertised that they offered this type of service however it appears to be falling short, Apparently MAS is not able to deliver reliable service and that is a major concern when sick people are involved. Kindly find a resolution to this matter since their lack of good business acumen and follow through has caused me to cancel my appointment. For as long as I need to utilize MAS I prefer to have reliable and safe services that are not making money an issue. Thank you for your prompt attention concerning this matter.

      I'm in desperate need of medical transportation my mental health therapist has filled out the form and faxed it in I need to get four teeth pulled I need to get to my psychiatrist which is night visits I have my pain medicine doctor these are important visits I need to get you and I'm having a problem with transportation setting it up through Medicaid I need help because they keep denying my transportation now when I've been using them since 2021 now they're giving my therapist a hard time to submit the form for me to be able to call in and set up my transportation

      My daughter has a medical appointment in NYC on 5/8. I called Medical Answering Services on 5/1 to set up transportation. I called multiple times throughout the week. On Friday at 1:30 pm I received a call from ********** ****** and was told I needed a letter of medical necessity. I immediately called and had the social worker send it over. I received an email at 4:44 that the letter has to be signed by a physician. Again, I called the social worker and she was going to get it taken care of right away. At that point I was no longer able to get a hold of anyone at ********** ****** being that it was after 5pm on a Friday. I called MAS back and spoke to Jasmine, a manager, at first she told me there was nothing she could do, then she says she would reach out to the director and someone would call me back. No one ever called. As a result I had to use the money for my rent for a hotel and a bus to ensure that my daughter was able to have necessary procedure even though I gave MAS a weeks notice of the appointment.

      ON APRIL 4 2023 I HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT 1215 P.M. WITH MEDANSWERING .COM THROUGH A+D TRANSPORT *** *** **** FOR A M-E-D-I-C-A-L TRANSPORT TO COOPERSTOWN NY HOSPITAL........THIS WAS PAID BY M-E-D-I-C-A-I-D.... .........NO ONE CALLED..........NO ONE SHOWED UP........AND TRYING TO TALK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS N-O-T POSSIBLE!!!!!!!! ....NO ONE ANSWERS BUT THEY CHARGE MEDICAID ANYWAY!!!!!!!!!! I had to find a way there and almost lost my treatment at neurology!!!!
