  I have two main missions in life, one to support and care for my family, and second to make sure every person is aware how HORRIBLE THIS COMPANY IS AND I HOPE YOU NEVER SELL ANOTHER CAR. DO . NOT. BUY. FROM. THIS. COMPANY. THEY. ARE. AND. WILL. RIP. YOU. OFF. YOUVE BEEN WARNED. purchased a car from them last year, blown head gasket, told me it was a thermostat issue. Waited until lemon law was past and then responded to me. I will write a review on every page I find. Horrible customer service . Horrible.

  We purchased a 2016 ******** 10/2024. It took 3 weeks to finally get it. Some of the repairs that were supposed to be done, were not done, although we were told they were done. Tire sensor lights still on after picking up vehicle, they said they were replaced. They said they replaced the front headlight fixture but when we got home, the brand new head light fixture was unopened in the back of truck. Also their idea of "detailing" is over kill with ****** *** on inside of truck but not vacuuming? Also no tire jack so unable to get tire out from under truck if needed. I reached out to our salesman Chandler to let him know what we found that was not fixed. He never returned our call which was also a routine problem with this business and not returning phone calls. We absolutely would not recommend CNY Drives to anyone.

  I had purchased a car from CNY drive in Fulton NY. I waited a month 2 weeks for this car. I have only put 107 miles on this car since may when I recieved it in may. I've been gone most of the summer. I've had to jumped the vehicle 5 times since then, I called to have it fixed they just bliw me off. No one has gotten back to me on repairs. I have seeked help from a lawyer. This car is a lemon put together with bread ties. This company has so many complaints I can't believe they are not ahut down. DO NOT BUY anything from them .

  I bought a 2016 ********* on June 26,2024. On June 27 one of the check engine lights came on, their fix was to put premium gas in it. I know better than this. I also took and had a diagnostic done on it myself and it showed a misfire on cylinder 7. So the inspection that was done 2 days prior and it “passed” was most likely done by clearing the codes. On July 1 it went to their shop. Today July 19 I got the truck back, got it almost to Watertown and the light is back on and now an additional light is on and the truck is shaking and ******* water out from the air conditioner. Smells hot and making a ticking noise. I asked them about taking it to a mechanic I know and trust to have it fixed closer to home and they told me “we don’t do that”. When asked about getting my money back after only driving the truck for now still not even a 24 hours I get no answer to that question. I get well it is a used truck. Which I do understand but when you buy something from and I use this loosely “a dealership” you expect some kind of quality, but not from this “dealership. No wonder the owner is a self made millionaire should be self made conman.

  Sales end isn’t bad but the vehicle you receive is not gone through a 60/90 point inspection like he tries to advertise! Even after saying the issues seen at looking at the vehicle and being told they will be fixed before pick up and waiting 6 days to pick up those issues were just bandaid covered. No farther get there to sign and my suv is backed against another one luckily just scratches but still. Then I drive home and my wheel bearing is very loud. Should have been addressed. My wiper is ripped should have failed inspection with the loose bearing. Then bring it in on their convenience and get told I didn’t text the list to service number but yet they had a list and didn’t do anything but the wheel bearing and change the wiper. Ignored all other issues. Never was driven after bearing replaced. Ask to bring it back as check engine light now on and wheel bearing noise still there which they should of taken care of then if they had driven it, then told it’s a week out to bring it and have to figure out a vehicle again which is hard when you have kids and no one to borrow a vehicle from. They wouldn’t even address half the issues from day 1. Would never buy another vehicle nor recommend him to anyone! The owner doesn’t even respond when reached out to nor address any issues. Good luck if you even see him around. Beyond mad when I bought to avoid the issues with my current vehicle and instead now have two problem vehicles! Worst experience for service and customer service. Better off taking a chance from private party then this joke of a dealership!

  I purchased a truck 9 months ago. And I was there 5 days afterwards because I had electrical issues, transmission issues. No downhill assessed working and I bring it to your manager And she says they can't help cause they don't have a mechanic. Exact. Words, I'll get back to you in a week.It's been 8 months over 8 months.No one's got back to me And far as being a wimp. That you are you supposedly own c? N? NY drives when I call there. They say you don't work for them who's hiding. This is the real world Not elmiraprison. You're nothing but a lying little wimp. In when I see you , you're gonna see

  My experience was horrible they don’t care about you after you purchase a vehicle my car was brought at night and could inspect the car until next day notices the tires were dry rotted brakes and rotors were barley passing the interior dome lights don’t work the drives accelerated was busted a chip in the windshield the remote starter malfunction tire covers weren’t intact steering suspension don’t adjust check engine light came on and all these problems are within 24 hours of purchasing I told my sales rep that passed me off to service and service barley wants to fix anything besides the busted drive axle my car came from for drum and the windshield could’ve been chipped I. Rout they tried to show me a blurry picture from when the dealership purchased the vehicle not when they sold me the vehicle this experience is horrible they can’t even look you in your eyes to address your problems your having after purchasing it’s all smiles until you having problems with the vehicle this is a terrible experience and the 60 pt check list is just to sound good they will sell you the car long as it barley passes inspection sad to say don’t recommend get your car looked at before handing your money over !!!!!!!

  This is the worst place to buy from. I pirched a 2014 ****** from them with extended warranty. They saw me coming. Sucker on my face. It has bein in the garage more than I have driven it. I'm now on my 3rd repair shop. Trying to get it to pass inspection. No luck yet. They just blew me off even big lue. I had the car for 17 months driven it about 10 months. Please don't buy from this business.

  CNY Drives INC. new address is: **** * **** **, Syracuse, NY, 13212. I do not like writing bad reviews for businesses. If I have an issue, I normally got it resolved with the business and then move on. However, CNY Drives is by far the worst business experience that we have encountered. I purchased a 2013 ****** there but unfortunately it was pouring hard when we got there. so we took the car for a test drive. the owner Luke seemed awesome. we spoke and he said to let him know any problem that we notice in the car and he will have everything taking care of. first problem we find was Ac did not work and he got it fixed. then we we heard a squeaking noise coming from the back when turning the wheel and backing up. Luke said it was the passenger rear strout and got it replaced. still was making the noise in the back. He sent the car to their garage in Fulton they did not touch the vehicle and they said it was done for pick up. driving up to 80mi each time to get there, is exhausting and this was our fourth trip at that point and we rember to check the windows and the driver window is made a clunk sound like it hiting a metal. Then we found out that the sunroof did not work. and my wife and I said that we can not take the car like that and a man name scotiie and another man who claimed to be a mechanic manager said they can't do anything about the rear noise , window and sunroof because it is a 2013 vehicle, and that the car need to be driven. so we tried to call Luke, no response. The mechanic guy said Luke is on his way to the shop. we stayed there a bit longer , Luke never showed up. so we took the car home. on our way home the same noise happen while drving forward. I emailed and called several times, no response. When I finally got to speak with someone, he said there is a new manager now and he will get back to me, still I got nothing. I told him I can"t get Luke on the phone, he said his number is private, only Luke can call, he won"t receive calls.

  I've had friends I know that have bought cars there. They promised 150.00 to refer ppl, they have had there cars 3 to 4/months and no money was given out. DO NOT do any Business with these people. They lie the cars are crap and when you complain they give you the run around. They should not be in business at all. I am gonna go to DMV and to media about what's going on down there.
