I cancelled this member ship February 2023, I kept getting recurrent charges until November 2023. I called several times and no one ever called me back to get my refund. Attached is a copy of the email confirming cancellation of account and proof from my statements that I was getting charged every month.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      Hi,

The merchant has not satisfied my requests and has not paid me back for the recurrent charges. From attachment IMG_0190.png, you can see that I sent an email requesting to have my gym membership cancelled back in February of 2023. In the same email and attachment, the gym responded by stating that my last month of membership would be March of 2023. In the original complaint, attachment IMG_0179.png shows a charge from April 3, 2023 of $49, attachment IMG_0180.png shows a charge of $49 on May 1st of 2023, attachment IMG_0181.png shows a charge of $49 on June 1 st, 2023, attachment IMG_0182.png shows a charge of $49 on July 1st 2023, attachment IMG_0183.png shows a charge of $49 on August 1st, 2023, attachment IMG_0184.png shows a charge of $49 on September 1st 2023, and IMG_0186.png shows a charge of $49 on Oct 2nd of 2023. Attachment IMG_0186.png shows a charge of $49 on November 1st, that I disputed with my bank and my bank refunded me $49. The same image also shows another charge from snap fitness on November 3rd 2023 of $50 and a refund of $49.
For this response, I will attach images of transactions in related to snap fitness for months December 2023, Jan 2924, February 2024, and March of ************************************** refunds from Snap fitness; thus demonstrating that this business has not refunded me the recurrent charges of $49 from months April 2023 through October of 2023.
There are also several online complaints in regards to snap fitness of ********* that demonstrate a repeating pattern of charging people recurrent charges after cancelling their membership. I will attach this images of the complaints I found online. I also have other email responses (that I will attach to this response) from snap fitness stating that I should have been watching for recurrent charges and another separate response stating that such charges should have been handled in the previous year; these responses suggest that  the business admits fault to charging me recurrent charges after the membership was supposed to be cancelled. So therefore snap fitness charged me recurrent charges from April 2023 through October 2023, and an extra $1 in November of 2023, totally to an owed amount of $344.

(attached most images but unable to attach all due to amount of attachment restrictions). I am happy to provide in the next response).

In order for the BBB to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

      Sincerely,

      *****************
