In about the second week of November 2022 I took my car to Gary’s Service in Tonawanda to get an oil change and to get my check engine light fixed I picked it up when he said it was fixed and he let me take it out of the shop so I drove it back home to Lancaster and about half way home it started smoking so I called them and they told me to bring it back in the morning when I drove it back in the morning i completely broke down on the side of the road and had to tow 10 miles to get back to the shop and when we looked under the hood my dip sick was not I’m all the way and oil cap was loose and the oil flooded my motor and turbo and blew both my motor and turbo and then he told me he didn’t know how to work on ****** but could try to fix it for another 5 thousand but said he can’t fix itBusiness response

Response taken: He brought the car in when he originally bought it and I did some work to get the car roadworthy. The car had 180,000 miles on it. Two month later in November the car comes back with no oil in it. I topped it off, put in 5 sparks in and an ignition coil. Nothing I did would have caused the motor to blow.
