            Don agreed to make cabinets for our kitchen, the were supposed to be rustic hickory cabinets which are supposed to be very knotty which these are not. He needed $4000 down for materials and after we gave him that it took over a year to be completed. We had to reach out continuously over text, phone calls and my husband even went to his house and his wife told him he was at another job and he could go there which he did and he said give him 3 more weeks, well that never happened. After that we continued to reach out for the status meanwhile we have no kitchen. There were alot of wrong measurements made, wrong size for granite counter top, the base for the sink was supposed to be 36" but it's 29 1/2. He took no notes while measuring. We have provided pictures of everything that is wrong. My husband and his buddy had to put on all the handles on the cabinets, install the lazy Susan and adjust all the door hinges. We would be happy with a refund to fix the mistakes and all the aggravation being without a kitchen for over a year. We were going to try to let this go but every time we look at the kitchen we are so disappointed. We are looking for a refund of $3000.

            I hired Zak Of All Trades to do a job for me. I chose this company, owned by Don Zak, for two reasons. I saw the beautiful job his company did for my neighbor and because Don came across as an honest and straight forward person. He also gave me a very fair quote for the job. Needless to say, I am very pleased with the work and I intend on having more work performed by his company. Thank You ** * of Kenmore
