      I made a purchase for a turbo for my pickup on 10-18-22. Order #73976 In the amount of $1093.06 I still haven’t received the item I purchased and have not been contacted back. I have tried calling and emailing multiple times. The phones have been off for months now but still no response to emails! I have used this company in the past and they have always been wonderful. So this is a huge disappointment! I would like my part or my money back!!!

      I ordered parts for my Truck at the beginning of 2023 . I have emailed over 10 Times and called over 10 times with no return phone call Or email. Spent over $1500 and they have gone dark

      I initially placed an order on 8th of September for parts they showed in stock at the time of the order (DB2 injection pump, gaskets, and glow plugs) with a total of right around d $1500.00 dollars. I have not received the parts to date and have had no communication from their side in the last three months. Initially Liz responded stating the pets would be shipped soon and then told me to contact Walt(without providing email address). I have since emailed every email address I could fine on the site and have filled out their contact form multiple times(about every 3 days for the last month) and received no communication back. It has been so long I do not want the pets anymore and would just like the money refunded that was paid the day of the order. This is very frustrating and I am at my Witt’s end with this business. I will never deal with them again!

      I purchased an Engine Speed Sensor/Oil Pump Drive... ***** ******** on 3/11/22 from SS Diesel for $694.64. Was told it would be a week. After 2 or 3 weeks I called and spoke with 'Liz' who said it would be within a couple more weeks. After 2 or 3 weeks more I called again and spoke with 'Liz' who said they were having trouble getting them but should be able to locate one from another business and get it for me and they should have it within a couple weeks. After 3 or 4 weeks more I called again and spoke with 'Liz', she said they had located 4 of these sensors and they should have them in a week or two. After 3 or 4 weeks more I called again and spoke with 'Liz' who said the 4 sensors had been lost in shipping but they would try to find one somewhere else and that they had a couple leads on them. After 3 or 4 weeks more I called again and spoke with 'Liz', she said the only ones they could find was over $900.00. So, I told her to go ahead and get one because I needed one of these sensors. She said OKAY and that the total would be $962.65, so on 6/10/22 she charged my ATM card another $268.01 for a total $962.65. After 2 or 3 weeks I called and 'Liz' said it should be in in 2 or 4 weeks. After 3 or 4 weeks I called again and told her I would like a refund or the part. She said they should have the part within a couple weeks. After 3 or 4 weeks more I called back and spoke to 'Liz', she said they were still looking for the sensor, so I told her again, if you can't get one please refund my money. She said they would get on it and should be able to find one. After 3 or 4 weeks I called and she said they were moving to a new building, but their phone number would stay the same and she would tell her husband (the owner) to get on getting me the part I needed. I told her if you can't get the part please refund my money. She said we will take care of you and get the part. I was never given a receipt, but the charges for this item are on my bank record.

      I placed this order on August 14, 2022. After waiting a week or so i phoned and inquired about when it may ship. i was greeted with a voicemail system. Left voicemail they called back 2 days later. i was told " just have to fill out the ***** paperwork and we will get it shipped" . Since then, I've proceeded with email correspondence. I have gotten several emails stating "I have to find your paperwork, will get you shipping info" I've also been told of family emergencies and the works things that are acceptable when you are a small family buisness. However its been over 90 days since ive placed the order and there phone numbers are no longer operational no responses to emails and their website states we are moving locations will respond after Nov 1st. this order was worth $3,120.72 USD and over $4000CAD. I ordered alot of items and have yet to hear anything.       Original order date: 5/23/2022 Order contents: 1x 6.5l automatic flexplate-$59.99 1x flexplate bolts for 6.5 with 4l80e transmission, pack of 6-$23.99 Ground shipping: $43.88 I waited until 6/8/2022 to file a customer service claim to inquire where my items were. Did not receive an answer until there following day. Informed Liz(customer service rep) of intention to cancel order but was told that I could not cancel my order and that it could not be refunded without Walter(company owner) being involved. Received only half of the order between 6/9/2022 and 6/28/2022. When trying to contact Walter, I have been completely ignored several times and when I was finally able to get a return label on 6/30/2022, he was not at all interested in actually remedying the situation. Return was processed and delivered on 7/6/2022. To date, no refund had been issued and no phone communication has occurred.

      On February 25,2022 I contacted Ss diesel supply about a long block motor listed on their website. Stated it would ship in 5 to 10 days after check cleared! After easy access to Walt and all questions answered I sent a cashiers check for $6500 to them. After sending a email I waited for confirmation. Walt did answer stating it cleared a week later . I Emailed him for status when to expect delivery , no reply. I sent numerous emails and called just to be ghosted. I finally had contact by email on the 3rd of July stating it would ship the following week and a pro # would be provided! Unless delayed! No status provided yet. I have demanded a refund and Walt has refused! He stated no refunds after 24 hrs on motors was listed on website. The web site also stated the motor would be shipped in the 5 to ten day window too. This has turned into a indefinite amount of time. Walt is impossible to reach won’t respond to calls or email. Wasn’t like that till I sent him money! I now have a unusable yard ornament truck that is needed and I’m paying insurance on! I will never do business with this company again! I feel scammed! And I am looking into all means of recovering my money! The motor described is no longer listed on web site!

      We ordered a chip for my husband’s truck on 10/20/21 they said it would take 2 weeks, it took almost 5 months to get it. When we did receive it, it was so badly damaged that it was unusable. We recorded and took pictures of the damage from opening the package to showing how bad the damage was. There was a bright neon sticker on the package that said any issues you have to contact them within 24 hours, this was on a Saturday and they were closed so we called and left them a message and also emailed them with video and pictures. We went straight to the post office and insured and mailed it back with a signature confirmation. They received it back, will not give us a refund and have to this day not ordered us a replacement chip. I have called and emailed numerous times and all I get is the run around. This chip was $664.39 I don’t have that kind of money to just lose. I want either a refund or a replacement chip. They will not return my calls anymore and their emails are just a run around. Liz keeps saying she will talk to Walt and that’s all you ever get. This business has terrible reviews and so many people are in the same situation I’m in.

      Hi,

      We ship approximately 30-50 packages per week and with the amunt of complaints received, that equates a 99.996% customer satisfaction rate, a fete most businesses would be jealous of.

      The supply chain issues caused by covid have made getting hips impossibly slow.  I'm sure you saw on the TV news that GM and others couldn't even make carrs with no chips. Hence the delay.

      Mr ******* was explained in writing what to do if received damaged wha to do...to call us asap and hang onto the damaged item and packaging. Instead, Mr ******* took it upon himself to just send it back. I tried to file a claim wih the USPS but w as told because they could not inspect it at  the point of delivery, the claim was denied. I advised Mr ******* and he filed a chargeback with paypal. Paypal denied his chargeback so now he is now trying to convince you to have me pay out of pocket for his mistake.

      If he followed procedure, I would honor his request. I don't feel I should pay for someone else's mistake. As a gesture of goodwill, I offered to remake the chip at HALF price, but he declined.

      On January 5, 2022 I place an order for a new Long Block 6.5l diesel engine from SSDiesel Supply. As of this Date (July 1. 2022), no engine has been received. Furthermore, little to no information has been provided as to the status of the order, despite numerous requests via email (20-30 requests). Several of these requests asked for my money back, only to be told that engine orders are "non-refundable"; a fact that I agreed to when I believed that I would in fact receive an engine. SSDiesel refuses to provide the name of the manufacturer, or contact details for the manufacturer so I can follow up directly with them. My order number is #******. At this point I would like to receive my money back from the Order: - Original invoice paid via PayPal: $1,285.36 - $89.13 worth of items from that order were received by me. - Total refund from this invoice: $1,196.23 - Engine Order total paid after credit of above invoice: $5,214.63 = Total refund due: $6,410.86 OR, I would like to be given the name and contact information for the manufacturer so that I may begin to correspond directly with them until the engine is received.
