              On Monday February 21, 2022 I had my roof done by Turkmasters Roofing Systems. Mr Moses and I had an agreement to do a complete tear off of the roof. Somewhere during the roof work someone made the decision that it didn’t need a complete tear off. On Monday February 28, 2022, I went up to the attic to look at the roof. My jaw dropped at what I saw. One side of my roof looked just as it did when I made the agreement to have my roof done! I called Mr Moses and told him what I found and he came over to look at it. He told me that it was condensation and will dry up and the moldy look will go away by June, July. Maybe so but I expected a complete tear off. New sheets. He offered me a discount, which I accepted, but I would like the roof done over, since I still didn’t get the job that we agreed on. I would be willing to pay the discount amount back to get to the original amount agreed upon to have my roof done the way it should have been done, after all I still don’t believe that I have a roof that can be called a 30 year roof. Please help me to come to a contractual agreement. Sincerely

              Turkmasters removed old shingles from my roof and installed new shingles in May 2022. While replacing old flashing around two dormers, they removed asbestos cement shingles and covered the exposed boards with weather shield material. I hired another contractor to install wooden clapboards in September 2022. They also removed wooden clapboards from a less visible part of the house along a turret. They did not inform me about this. I discovered it recently. I will need to hire a contractor to replace the clapboards. The house was built in 1891 and the exterior does not take abuse like Turkmasters work. I would not recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof.
