              We had a man show up on June 28, 2024, at 630 pm CST, ringing the doorbell. No one answered in time, so he decided to enter our backyard without permission/ consent. When confronted and asked to leave the property, he began to yell that he was allowed to be there to take pictures of our home for insurance purposes and that he couldn't help if we did not know how to answer the door. When asked his name, he said, “What does it matter? You're kicking me off your property anyway.” Then he stated, “ Your insurance would now be canceled, Karen.”

              Beware of the field inspector Angel M. He in fact is tne complete opposite of his name. He never introduced himself or provided his credentials I had to call the office to inquire. First he showed up to our home like he was owed the world. Banging on the front door like he was the FBI, i have the ring footage to prove it. He was arrogant, overweight, and complained about carrying the pole to my backyard required for him to do his actual job: take photos of my roof. Why on earth a company employs lazy, miserable, people like this is beyond me. Dude, you seriously need a career change.
