I tend not to leave reviews however this is for the betterment of potential customers and the business. I would highly suggest having an onsite assessment weeks prior to your move to ensure that the company truly can accommodate a move. The website indicates no job to big or small however that is not the case. I was advised that a move scheduled 3-4 weeks in advance was too much for the crew to handle after an assessment was done days before the actual move date. If a potential customer provides a lower estimated amount of items to be moved, which excludes appliances, one would think the company would charge an understandable extra fee or even move the amount he was expecting based on an estimate, not just say the job is too much. No review of services can be provided because this job was "too large". Noting this to save time for a potential customer as something to take into consideration before electing this company.Review from Tom T.

Novo Moving made moving easy. The owner came to apartment first to see what was being moved. Day of moving they arrived on time and were very efficient. They were also helpful in putting boxes in correct room. Job was finished in the time that was estimated. I’d hire them again!Review from Leah R.

They were on time and took great care with a very different move. Carefully moved my antique furniture causing no damage at all. I would refer them to any family or friends that are moving. Their rates are very reasonable if you’re on a budget.Review from Peter S.
