Had a motor installed short time later transmission blew out paid to have everything fixed now a month later transmission went out again asked to be reimbursed for towing told me no Was just told not my problem we will get the car fixed and that is it we are not responsible for any type of towing we do not offer any warranty which one I asked they saw that you have a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty on the transmission and a three-year 30,000 mile warranty on the motor the car has been back to the shop numerous times for little thingsBusiness response

Received a call from the business stating that the consumer issue had nothing to do with the repair that was done, it was a defective part, and we repaired it and the consumer has his care. I advised the consumer that the warranty does not cover towing. I called the consumer and asked why he submitted the complaint, he said his wife did it in his name and would call BBB to have it removed.Customer response

Do you not understand what Shop is trying to say now they told me they do not cover the tow and I am responsible for transmission fluid fill but they covered it again do not understand when I have a one-year warranty and it went out within a month Do not appreciate business reaching out to me feeling very bulled by them
