      BUYER BEWARE .. if I could put a -5 I would. Do not buy it from this company unless you want to throw away money. Their customer service is horrible. Their return policy is almost non-existent and even worse if you buy from them through ******. Do your homework and find yourself a better business. This business clearly does not belong on BBB but I guess you can buy anything nowadays...

      I purchased a pool ladder, and it has been 7 days, and no one knows where the ladder is. I have spoken to ***** 4 times and pool supplies 4 times. They will not refund my money until 3 more days pass. My pool has been up, and we cannot swim in it because we can't get a ladder. we were supposed to have it 4 days ago, then when they send us another ladder it will take another 4-5 days to receive. We are torn because we can't get this size ladder anywhere else. This supplier even sends to ******. I am so upset I could cry. Everyday kids ask is ladder here? I feel like they should overnight us a ladder. I am so frustrated right now there is nothing else we can do. I feel taken advantage of and no one cares. I can't afford to order another ladder when I have not been reimbursed for this one, I am a single mother trying the best I can.

      I had the same experience with Pool Supplies, Inc. I ordered what I understood was the correct lining, but it turns out I needed a different lining. The box was opened, but liner was left in the box - never removed. Company would not allow me to return the untouched product. I will not do business with these folks again and recommend you contact a local provider who can get the right product to you. It is ridiculous that this group will not take returned product that never left the box and the box was in perfect condition. Probably the only way they make money.

      After a first issue with Poolsupplies.com, I have had a second issue with them on an order placed before I had the first issue. I placed an order for an item which I received a notice that the item had shipped. Four days after that, ***/**** indicated they had still not received the package. When I contacted their "customer service," they acknowledged that the order hadn't shipped, but would not issue me a refund on my credit card. I was told that the order just went to the floor and that I needed to give them one more day for the item to ship and if it didn't, I should call them tomorrow to discuss "next steps." When the item doesn't ship tomorrow, I will instead notify my credit card company to not pay them since they said they would ship something, didn't, and will not refund my credit card. I've never had a company that does business online behave in this manner. This is a horrible company to do business with and I strongly recommend not doing any business with them based on two horrible experiences with them in less than a week. Extremely customer unfriendly.

      Bought a liner from this place April 2024. Me not knowing there are several different bead types of pool liners assumed and bought which was described to me using the internet and pictures. I opened the box which is a no no in the world of pool supplies. Come to find out my pool is a 20 something year old pool and requires an ****** ******** bead. Tried to return the liner and was told since the box is open I am unable to return the item. So, if you do dealings with a .com store check what you are ordering and check again. Cause once that box is opened it belongs to you!

      Hello, Per our policy listed on our website: The item you wish to return must be unopened, clean and in resalable condition. Note: Not all items may be returned. For example, chemicals, custom and special orders and unfolded covers and liners are non-returnable. This liner had been opened and therefore was no longer eligible for return. We advised the customer to try and sell on marketplace and offered a 10% discount on a new liner however, he stated he will be putting a bad review and then hung up.

      Ordered a pool cover from them because it was guaranteed for 3 years and 5 years limited. When it arrived 2 of the metal rings weren't in the holes where they belong and After 1 year it started falling apart and they won't honor their guarantee.

      Be very careful dealing with these people. I ordered a simple pool float and it was missing some hardware. It was for a birthday party and couldn't be given as a present. I inquired about returning it and was told I would have to pay the shipping back as well as a 20% restocking fee AND, if the box were opened, they would reject it. Basically "TOO BAD SUCKER!!!" Lost about $175 on this deal. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. If there were less than zero stars, these guys would get them.

      We requested a photo of the damaged/defective item. If we receive a photo showing the problem, we then could send a refund or replacement. We have not received the requested photo.

      Terrible cusotmer service. I have seperation in my pool cover near the seams. Submitted warranty claim and they denied saying it is a tear. I feel like since the cover is having issues near the seams it is seam related. There are no other issues anywhere else on the cover so I feel like when the seams are formed the edges near it are damaged or thinned out by the process. Do not buy from this company.

      DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! My solar cover is not quite a year old, it’s falling apart. Cuts and delamination 10” from the seam on each panel, 4 1/2 panels for my 18’ wide cover. Clearly a manufacturer defect, no way I could get each panel to fail in the exact same location running the length of the panel, 36’. Sent detailed photos to no avail, just like every other review here, they just don’t care, they have your money. Just because where its falling apart is not the seam, they refuse to cover it. Horrible customer service, never shop here again.

      They sell crap. No returns. The robotic vacuum is not usable but they tell me it is. I'm here and I see it. Sent pics. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

      Word of advice, DO NOT purchase from this company, Poolsupplies.com!! We purchased a ******* Blizzard Supreme Plus Winter Cover with Waterbag Kit for our 10x33 above ground pool which has a surrounding deck. The cover was supposed to be top quality but the quality is extremely poor. The straps to supposedly hold the waterbags in place are ridiculous. They do not secure the waterbags in place at all, they can easily be moved out of the straps. The waterbag material is so thin you can see the water in it. They are not worth more than a $1.00 beach ball. When we received it, we put the cover on and filled the bags with water only to find out 2 of the bags had holes in them and leaked water!! I emailed customer service and was told, as per their policy, no returns will be accepted if product is opened. Excuse me?? I told them how is one to know a product is defective unless it is opened?? It does not make any sense. Are people that ignorant?? I even offered to accept a replacement cover instead of a refund. I suggested they adjust their return policy to account for the fact products MUST be opened to verify the product is as stated. But once again I was told since the product was opened, they could not do anything for me. So we are out of $238.48! I thought Poolsupplies.com would stand behind their products but apparently once they get their payment they do not care if you are not satisfied. I will never buy anything from this company again! I want to warn the public to not patronize this company as well.
