I have been going to the same Dr. for my physicals for years. They wanter to do blood work as they have in the past. The lab at the office was down. The Dr. gave me a sheet and told me to go to Labcorp they have a contract with them and I will not be billed. Through my insurance and the years doing this I have never been billed for blood work. I received 2 bills (see attached) one labcorp which the Dr is having $ removed because of the contract they have. I receided a second bill from Trinity Health (samaritan hospital). One vial of blood taken and they are charging over $790 from Labcorp and Samaritan Hospital together thats is ridicolus. I never went to samaritan Hospital on the date of service they have, They did not have any of my contact information correct till I gave it to them. I think they have the wrong person. The Dr. never received any results for me from them. I never went there ever. I have called over 6 time to get this straightened out the only thing they did was change address, phone #, email etc. They keep saying a supervisor will call me back. No one has ever called me back. I am now getting collection notices and they are still not calling me back. I never went to Samaritan hospital and Labcorp did not have the right to include them in any of my blood work. They need to cancel out invoice that I owe them $230.46 My Dr's office will have the Labcorp invoice $ 202.97 cancelled.These charges to me is after insurance so much more was charged for one vial of blood. In response to the last question from BBB, yes I have contacted them again. I spoke to a Deseree she said she had no notes but did see notes on the account?She said she would have some one call me back. I have called 4-5 times no one has ever called me back.A Lady called me on Wed. about this issue. She said she understood, that someone should have asked me?? She also said she would call me back on Thurs, it’s now Friday I have not heard back.Again, Trinity health had no business getting involved. I went to Labcorp as I always have with no issues.
