Albany NY.....I bought an RO system ran just to the kitchen sink. The tech came on a Friday afternoon. Saturday night I went down and saw all this water on my basement floor. A slow leak so I waited until the next day and reported it to the salesman and 24/7 service along with the fact that I had purchased an extra set of filters which were not left. NO ONE CAME TO LOOK/FIX THE PROBLEM!! So on Monday morning I hired my own plumber to fix it (a nut which was loosened by the tech and not tightened enough) and BLOCKED this company from my phone. If they don't care to hear me then I DON'T CARE TO HEAR THEM ASKING FOR PAYMENT!!!! They are incompetent and thieves. I ignored them for 2+ years and then they brought me to court. Because I didn't respond to the courts I lost out and had to pay them. THEY SUCK!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.Review from Mohd A

We have very hard water in our area so I contact them for consultation and purchase water softener. The salesperson check the water and recommended the unit.so I financed the unit for 2 years.after 1 year the water is the same as before so i contact them about situation and they told me the will get back to me it's been a month and no follow up call. I called them more than 10 times and no one answer the phone they don't even have answering machine.please don't even do business with those company it's scam they just want to sell you the product and they are done. I may look to go after then through my attorney.Review from Dawne L

This company is the worst I've ever dealt with. Have to fight to get water delivered but they are quick to take their money. They move delivery dates and don't notify customers, so when you take your bottles back in they won't leave the new jugs. I'm in a water club and should get the jugs I pay for each month. Not what gets left out. We can't leave them out as we never have any idea when they might actually show up. Shame on me for being a fool and thinking this company would do the right thing.Review from Kelley G

I would really give 0 if I was able. This company and service are beyond poor! Sold us a very expensive system last June and still isn't producing clear water despite the monthly service contract they encouraged us to buy. Sometimes the water is pink, red, even brown, lots of colors but never colorless!!! I call and leave messages with the service because they never actually answer and then don't call back. It is astounding that they are still in business. So very regretful that I contracted with Culligan and frustrated and very disappointed. Save your money and go anywhere else. That's my advice.Review from Daylyn P

Charged for water never delivered. Canceled service and they continue to charge. Then send me to collections for services never provided.
