            Provider has no endodontist available in network to provide necessary and timely treatment for covered child despite service being covered. Supervisors do not return calls. Supervisors **************** will be negotiated out of network, but then do not follow through on promises made or return calls. This has placed the patient at risk of further damage and medical treatment due to delays.

            Healthplex threw exellus essential plan .is the worst ,out of days of calling dentist ,no one but one dentist takes this plan and I still can't get into that one . Healthplex is a plan that is like being on the bottom of the pile, nystate needs to put a stop to dentists refusing plans they don't like , it's not fair to people to have to search and search only to get no results , even there call in line is aweful no help there .they where haveing trouble finding dental care for this plan . If you offer a plan then make it acceptable to all dentist . Or just stop wasteing peoples time .
