      on oct 21,2021 i paid this company $218.00 for ****** ***** ****** clock spring. they sent me wrong parts. i talked to them and they told me that they will refund my money. After that this people never pick up my phone. i believe that this company is a scammer.now their phone is disconnected.

      We bought a rearaxle aug 25 the dealer installed it and it didn't work they won't refund our payment of 1400 dollars they say the one we want to return is not there's even though the dealership sent pictures and video we have been back and forth with them for a month with no resolve the dealership still has the part and will do anything we need them to do to resolve this matter

      We needed a truck bed after being in an accident. Divine auto parts found one for us. They charged my credit card $969.99. We ended up going somewhere else and never picked up any parts from Divine. We asked for a refund and they refuse to charge back my credit card. We have called them countless times. Nothing but lies and excuses.

      Due to Merchant account closed we were unable to refund customer. We have taken customer account details to wire the money and our account still in verifying status so it takes some time top refund back to customer.

      Divine auto parts has our Credit Card info which they charged us on, but claim they can't backcharge my card because there is something wrong with the card. I asked for a paper check, they cant do that either. I gave them account information for direct deposit, they said something is wrong with that account.  They are disgusting lying thieves who have no intention of doing what is right.

      I’ve been trying for 3 months to get a refund for a part I never received from July 6th I keep getting a run around. ( people doing the refunds are off or I assure you you’ll have your refund in your account by 6 pm today or the refund was returned to our account due to our banking problems or we had your routing number written down wrong. (I’ve given it to them 3 times and they read it back to me to verify it was correct) yesterday they assured me it would be in my bank account by close of business day. It wasn’t. I called this morning spoke with John M***** he assured me he’d take care of it today and call me back TODAY? People working there don’t seem to know what’s going on. I ordered a brake caliper on July 6 they finally sent me one but was the wrong part I returned the part and they promised me another one. After numerous calls I was told they had a warehouse fire but I’d get the part in a few days… no part.

      Due to Merchant account problem we were not able to refund to customer card so we have asked customer to give wire details to transfer and we transferred $185.00 to Name : ******* * *******, Bank : ****** bank, a/c : *******, Routing : *********, But unfortunately customer gave us wrong account number and money we transferred to details given details and bank feels it’s an suspicious activity and put on HOLD. So transferring amount was delayed to customer. we sent email to bank stating it's not an suspicious activity and valid transaction. Later we tried calling customer to confirm correct account number but customer did not respond to our call and its going to voice mail. We have sent an email to customer to send us account details to refund customer money. Thanks, Peter Divine Auto Parts

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. That is my correct checking account number. They did spell my last name wrong. It’s ******. They have not tried to call me either. I don’t have voicemail set up and I always answer my phone or any text messages. have checked my account and I’ve called the bank. They have not made any attempt to refund my money. They have my phone number ###-###-#### they have my bank name, routing number, and my account number. I have verified it numerous times. They also have my address. Regards, ******* ******

      Bought a part ( 1984 **** ****** Gas Tank) Order#: ******* 7/19/2021 paid $100.00 off my ******** ******* Card (****) 7/22/2021 paid $55.99 off my ******* ****** ***** Debit card (****) 8/25/2021 They cancelled my order for a fire that has made them behind in shipping (money supposed to return on 9/1/2021) 9/1/2021 called they said give 24/48 hours money should be returned 9/7/2021 called had to give new banking info for them to send my money to said it would be 5-7 business days 9/20/2021 called they said money would be in my account on 9/22 or 9/23 9/23/2021 called they said they sent a ***** for Business wire would be in my account within 24hrs 9/27/2021 Still have not received money yet I do have a text where they sent a picture of the Transaction of Wire but still not got my money back. Told them my name was on the paper work wrong as ******* **** not ******* ***** They said it wouldn't matter with my name it would still go into my account.

      I ordered a transmission for this company sending them the correct vin Number on July 19 2021. They sent out the wrong part within a week. I called them on the day of arrival and let them know. at first they was going to send labels to get back, that never happen then they said they would send me a new one and that never happen then we called everyday for weeks and they decided that they was going to refund my money, that hasn't happen it Benn since jury 19 and they are still telling me that the boss will call me next week. This company owes me $1,168.25 and looks like they want to keep it. if they tell you that they have given it back they are lying. Please help me as I work for a living and cannot give this amount of money away.

      June 10,2021 I purchased a transmission for my 1996 ****** pickup in the amount of 1150.00. The transmission was installed in my truck, but it didn’t work. It had a roaring noise. I called Divine auto to inform them of the defective part. I spoke with kenny. He stated I had to take the transmission to have a diagnostic test. I paid $140 for test. I was told I had to send transmission back first to get a replacement. Sent transmission back July 27 and asked for refund because i kept getting run around. I called several times, I still haven’t received my money back.

      I searched online for a used part and found “Divine auto parts”, I called and we agreed on a price, $256 shipped. They later called me back, and explained to me that they had a problem with my credit card, and needed an ID picture. They then refunded me, due to an improper ID form, I then used my bosses phone to send them a picture which they claimed they haven’t received. I called back a few days ago, Tuesday August 31, 2021. My boss and I sat on the phone giving them all the information they needed. We confirmed the price and details as to where the package was going to be sent out to, few minutes later they called me back and explained to me that the billing and shipping address had to match the credit card in order for them to ship it out, which we discussed and changed. It has now been two days later, they called me this morning September 2, 2021. And are now wanting to charge me $550, AFTER we had already agreed on a price. This is the second time they have refuse to sell to me

      I ordered EGR  tubes for my 1999 **** *******, when I order the part I told them about 3 or 4 times that I needed 3 EGR tubes, they said yes that is what they had and that is what they was sending me. I gave them the VIN number for my car so that there would be no mistakes. When I received the part it was the wrong size and only one EGR tube. I called them and told them about receiving the wrong part and they said that they would refund my money since they sent the wrong parts. I ordered the part on July 16,2021. I had to pay to return the part the cost of shipping it back was $29.89 they would not. They received the part back on 8/4/21 at 12:29 pm. They said I would receive my refund as soon as they got the part back. They have been giving me the run around every since. They told me they had a warehouse fire and that would delay me receiving my refund. I have uploaded some documents for evidence. I have my emails and receipts saved in my emails. I also have uploaded our text messages.
