Much like many of the other complaints about this company, I used an online search to find a used part for my vehicle. I was contacted by Devine auto parts (Kevin) and told they had one and quoted me a price. This was mid July 2021. I gladly gave them my info including credit card for payment and waited for the part to arrive. A week later, I was contacted and asked to fill out some forms : sign an invoice and fill out credit card authorization, again. (July 29)I was then told the part would ship within 5-7 days. On 8/12 I called and spoke with Alan to get a status update. i was told they had a fire in their yard and they were behind on orders. They needed one more week to process my order(which they already had for a month). I waited the week and called back. i was again assured by Alan that it would ship that day and he would be sending me tracking number. It had now been another week and nothing. i will call today to get my payment back and cancel my order. Do not use this company under any circumstance. BTW, according to google earth the company address is a suburban home in Utica, NY so I'm not sure where the fire could have been, if there ever was one.Review from Ian G

They are scammers have waited for refund for more than a month and all they do is give excuse after excuse. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NEVER AGAIN DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. ALSO SUGGEST THAT OTHERS DO NOT EITHER.
