On September 30th of 2021, I purchased a 2014 ***** ** from Ultimate Auto Sales. I paid around 12,000 for it. I provided an out-of-state driver's license and my insurance cards to receive my car, registration and title. It was getting close to the time when my temporary registration would expire so I began to call to see where my actual registration was and, in two months, no one ever picked up. I called, texted, and emailed, all to no avail. In November, my registration expired, so I drove back to the dealership and they then told me that the out-of-state license I provided wasn't sufficient to submit to the DMV. So I provided them with more identification and left. They said I would then have my registration in two weeks. Two weeks come and go, so I call multiple times and no one answers. Eventually, in early June, I get through and they tell me I need insurance cards with the current date on them. So I immediately provide them with that, and they then tell me it will be two more weeks till I get my registration. Then, nothing. I don't hear back from them and I don't receive my registration. I call and call but no one answers. I show up multiple times, but they've always closed hours ahead of when their schedule says they were supposed to. Eventually, in early July of 2022, I receive my title, but no registration. I contact the local DMV to see if I can register my car, but they tell me it has to be the dealer submitting the MV-82 form. So I call back multiple times and get no response. I once again make the hour drive to the dealership, just to find that they've closed two hours early. I've tried working with this dealer and I can no longer put up with their lack of professionalism and action. All I want is my registration so I no longer have to risk getting a ticket every time I start my car, but this dealer doesn't seem to nor never has seemed to care.Initial Complaint

I purchased a vehicle from them. They never transferred my plates and never got me the title. I've contacted the owner on numerous occasions and in return I've gotten attitude and the run around and excuses.
