Contracted with Green Flo / Pintotal / Matthew V. Pinto - for lawn and property maintenance services for the 2023 summer season. He advertises as BBB endorsed. Required to prepay for Services - he provided only partial services - owes us $3,275.00 in refunds on regular weeding maintenance services not provided.Business response

In late summer 2022, I engaged the business to perform work to my home - pouring of stamped concrete walkways and landscape design (planting of bushes, etc in existing beds). The work was completed in early October as the weather became less summer like. In doing the work, large sections of my lawn were dug up both near the work site and in an area at least 50 feet away. The business also cracked my existing blacktop driveway in several places. I was told that the blacktop and the lawn would be taken care of in the Spring, along with a spring clean up. Despite several attempts to discuss this with the business, I've not had any success getting them back. In addition, the landscaping work looks very unappealing. Bushes are not doing well and many look like they are dying. The landscaping work was also expanded when the business insisted a certain area fronting one of the walkways would require an additional row of bushes. Previously this had been grass and I specifically asked why it could not just be re-seeded. This almost doubled the cost of the landscaping work. As this entire summer has gone by with no follow up by the business, I had another landscaper come in to survey and advise. I was told that whoever did this work did not appear to know what they were doing. The plant selection was inappropriate for the conditions and correcting that would not be inexpensive. And this would not even consider the blacktop that was cracked/damaged.
