I had a car loan with this place for a used car that I got in 2016. It was a 2011 infinity G37 paying them already almost $18,000 and I made a payment in June of 2021 and then all of a sudden I stop hearing from them getting mail from then phone calls and everything. I thought they had closed due to pandemic and the fact that my car was never repo for nonpayment. On March 14 **************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** a year so I didnt know if they where still around or closed. I was then advised by insurance company that they had to try to reach out to leinholder for payoff amount I advised ok. So I been processing of looking for a new car that after my credit was ran I was advised the the Lienholder was on my credit report and they wrote off loan as bad debt write off for the balance owed on loan as of Aug of 2021. Never notifying me by letter nor did a Attorney contact me on there behalf nor was the car repoed. ***************** contacted them advised they where paying off car in full $7138.13 the sent the check to Auto Factors and they release the Lein on car. Auto Factor advised insurance company that they would submit to ************* that loan was satisfied so it could be removed off my credit so I can get another car. And as of Monday April 4 2022 Auto Factors received the check and emailed my the letter of satisfaction that loan is paid in full. The problem Im having with them now is that they have still not Reported to the credit bureaus to clear them off my credit and have them removed so that I can get a new car. No bank is approving me till that is off my credit because car dealers are telling me it looks like a repo. And at this point Auto Factice is being very vindictive and holding up the process on purpose by not reporting to credit agencies as of yet. Even though I have letter I need it off.
