              This company was used by *********************** to deliver three Podiatry Medical Chairs to my newly renovated office on August 29th, 2022. The deliverers damaged our office door and also did not provide white glove delivery service (which I paid an extra $1,600 for). We immediately reached out to their company and showed proof of damage. Their company told us to get them an invoice for the door. I provided it on August 31st. Since then they have denied that they damaged our door even though the proof was sent the moment after the delivery was done. They have not reached out once and I've had a hard time getting ahold of them. They have taken no responsibility and I was left to pay a $1,220.00 bill to get the door fixed before my office opening day.

              Unfortunately for me ********* used this company for an item I purchased. Lazy and inefficient is accurate per the previous review. They left a double vanity in front of my house, blocking the stairs to my house. Never rang the **** and never called. When I called asked them to come back to deliver to my ground level driveway but they refused, even after I told them I have a child in a wheelchair and need access to the front door. Terrible customer service.

              This person called back our customer service department and threatened our employee with profanity and said we do not know who we are dealing with. We looked up a photo of the house on ****** maps and there is no driveway at the front of this house. We delivered based on our instructions from our customer to deliver to the front door and leave with no signature. We are not instructed to call before and we are under agreement with our customer to leave these type of no signature deliveries in a safe location visible to the front of the house. We delivered exactly as we were instructed and the picture we take at delivery shows the crate left at least 5' plus back from the front steps on the front walk, so there is safe distance to pass around all sides.
