On 12/12/2023 I bought a 10ml *** de ******* Hermes H24 at IAH, terminal D from iShoppes Duty Free. Few days later when I arrive at my destination I discover that was not perfume in the bottle but some other substance vaguely reminiscent of a fragrance. After I came back from my trip I contacted the company for a complaint. Despite presenting the transaction number, pictures of the bottle and several emails, I didnt get a replacement or reimburse of my money.Customer response

I purchased a *********************** watch from duty free at *********** on 2/3/2022. I noticed that the watch started to have discoloration, I contacted the company to see how this can be resolved, their solution was for me to contact *********************** to see if they had a warranty but I only had 30 days to return the itemBusiness response

Good afternoon ********************,
Please be informed that I am the compliance officer for International Shoppes. We conduct Duty Free business at various airports.
Your correspondence states that this is the "second request". To my knowledge, this is the first request we have received. Please excuse any delay in responding.
We have been in direct contact with the customer, and *********************** to resolve this matter, notwithstanding that the band looks like it has tarnished from body chemistry, we are making efforts to effectuate a resolution.
As the customer stated, our return policy is 30 days after purchase, this is stated on the sales receipt. We were contacted many months after the purchase.
We pride ourselves on customer service.
I trust we can resolve this amicably.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I have not heard back from duty free since their last email August 12th, that they or the warranty company will contact
The 30 days was not a warranty the receipt states for return of unopened item. I want a viable solution it doesnt take 30 days to hear back from the ************************
