  This company, continuously, hires, different law firms, and puts unlawful levies on my bank account. Ive given them police reports showing proof of identity theft, and they continuously try to put liens against my bank account. They have affected over $18,500

  My name is *********************. I am the person that filed the case or complaint number ******** against Quicksilver capital
  
  I am responding to your correspondence dated July 8 in reference to whether or not this company had resolved this issue or contacted me and the answer is equivocally no!
  
  I have been unable to locate a working telephone number for this company on the Internet Internet at all. *** even contacted the attorneys who filed for the lien and they are refusing to give it to me.
  
  This company now has access and is in the future whenever it thrills them put a lien against my account and I dont even know who the **** they are or nor can I stop them. 
  
  Desperately seeking some assistance, making these people leave me alone.

  I attempted to start my trucking business (Big Business Brokering). I had a loan with Max ******* for $10,000. My business was not very successful, and I had to close it. I made another attempt to start a trucking business (Full ************** ***** this time I was more successful. While applying for a loan the *** Filing indicated that I had an outstanding debt to Max ******* who was bought out by Quicksilver Capital Funding. I signed the settlement agreement and paid the $8,000 on 10/22/2021. I was assured that the lien would be released by ************** representing Quicksilver Capital Funding. I have been attempting since then to have this resolved. The law firm that Quicksilver worked with DFogel has also been trying to reach them to have the lien released and Quicksilver has been unresponsive to them as well. I would like for them to release the lien so that I may continue to move forward with my business and secure funding for my expansion.
