I had came to Jenna with a bench that I had purchased and wanted redone. I had sent her a picture of the bench in October along with what I had wanted done with it. She had informed me that she could do the job. I had dropped off the bench and paid half down for the services. A couple months goes by and she had contacted me to inform me that she couldn't do the project and stated her concerns. I then asked her if she could have the cushion redone if anything. I also said that if she feels like she couldn't do it then it was OK and that I would just come pick it up. I didn't want it ruined but she insisted that she could do it. Well now we are in December and she wrote me again and said she couldn't do the job. I had said that was okay just refund me the half I already paid and my spouse was going to pick it up. When the bench arrived back to its home, I had noticed that one of the legs was snapped off. I had contacted Jenna to try and resolve the issue and all I got was her accusing me of attacking her and that she was being accused of breaking customers pieces. She didn't offer me any compensation for the damaged bench nor wanted to make the issue right. She then insisted that she could no longer do business with me because of this. Instead of taking accountability for what had happened, she denied every part of what happened to my bench. Not only did I have to wait for months for a broken piece of furniture, I now have to throw it in the garbage because it isn't salvagable. I think Jenna's pieces are very over priced. She takes on too much of a work load I think to get custom pieces done in a timely manner. I also think that her communication with customers when it comes to issues are unprofessional and disrespectful. Every business has problems that arise but Jenna does not handle them with professionalism. I think she is unorganized and untrustworthy. Beware when bringing your pieces there to be redone.

If I could give 0 stars I would; I am 21 years old and wanted a gorgeous piece of furniture for my first apartment. She right off the bat was rushing me into a choice, after asking for her opinion her response was I can do anything, so I gave her my exact vision and she didn’t do it. Then to top it off she didn’t do what I asked and became very hostile telling me I was “micromanaging her” and she refused to fix it. however with a customizable piece that a customer is paying for… I was expecting better. The only good part is I got my deposit back. Beware if you have your own vision!
