            We bought a dresser there and they resold it before we picked it up. Bad business. Watch out. No stars should count.

            We are deeply regretful to have caused this customer any stress or inconvenience. There was a honest and innocent mistake make by our staff which unfortunately resulted in the same dresser being sold twice. The dresser after the purchase was not marked SOLD properly so a different staff member went ahead and sold it again. The staff and I have discussed as a team how to prevent this from happening in the future. We have already implemented a new process to help ensure we don't let this happen again. We did fully refund the customer and offered to give a discount on any other dressers that might have worked. We probably would have given the customer a free dresser but she was so angry and distraught she would not even entertain our offers. Again, I can not reiterate enough how everyone at Refabulous Furnshings feels regretful of the mistake but I can assure you it was not intentional. We wish we could make it up to the customer and will do our best in the future to make sure no other customer has to be subjected to that disappointment.
