  On Sept 14, The company did my driveway with asphalt, I had to Pay an additional $200.00, You can see up to by my trailer it is not rolled out properly, and the part of the driveway is uneven, at the end of the driveway it is uneven, I want them to repair my driveway, ALL of my neighbors and people walking by said it looks like Crap. A guy working with the company said it is like that because the asphalt cooled off when they rolled it, so if you know that then fix it. I know there is a hand roller they could have used to fix it. All I want it a driveway that looks good and not like crap, A worker came by and wanted to give me back my check I said NO keep it and just fix your mistake. I DON'T want my money back, I want them to fix their mistake

  We (Pooler Enterprises) were contracted to place asphalt on the common roads and selected driveways throughout the Creekside community.** ******** was one of the driveways to re-paved as well. The owner (*** ******) wanted additional work completed since here driveway was larger than the allowed area by ******** communities.We performed the extra work for $200.00. The owner was not happy the following day. I had my paving superintendent stop by & review here issue. Her complaint was a roller mark in the asphalt & something about it being uneven at the driveway.My super tried to explain there is nothing that can done it was just cosmetic & there is no structure problem. She called & e-mailed the office numerous times the next 2 days. I had my guys stop by & offer here the $200.00 check back as full refund. She would not except the check. As you will see in the attached pictures here driveway is more than fine.

  Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I would like them to fix the isues I addressed,The roller area close to my trailer needs to be fixed, it looks like crap and needs to be fixed, the end of my drive 1 side is curved the other side is straight, and the end of my driveway is very crooked, parts of my driveway you can see it is uneven, you can see where it drops off, very un-professional, They need to fix their mistakes, They coud have fixed the roller issue but they chose not to, They can FIX their mistakes, ALL of my neighbors can see that it looks like crap and have told me.  Regards, *** ***** ******
