    Did zoom meeting to make impressions properly. Then up sold me a spare t half way through the retainers were not seating far enough down on teeth. After addressing with customer service. I sent pics to show and they just had me bounce back and forth to different retainers . This process of corresponding with customer service lasted over 2 months. Then i was finally told i need a new set of retainers for an additional ************************************************************************************************ an extra 100 dollars. this is the email i received back.Hi ****, I trust this email finds you in good health, and I extend my apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced. It is important to clarify that the ill-fitting of your aligners does not stem from a manufacturing fault. The suitability and effectiveness of aligner treatment can be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to adherence to provided instructions, an individual's medication regimen, bone density, and other unique dental and physiological characteristics. It is natural for different individuals to respond to the treatment in slightly different ways due to variances in dental anatomy, genetics, jaw structure, and related. I would like to apprise you of a recent development regarding your case. After a thorough review and discussion with my supervisor, we have made a special exception in recognition of your status as our valued customer. Consequently, we have adjusted the total amount to CAD $450 Additionally: You had one set of retainers included in your plan, and it was delivered to you along with the aligners. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

    I read on Alignerco **************** that they only charge $30.00 for retainer kit, plus 10% service fee cancelation. I sent several ************** calls. Not to further go through with Alignerco on March 22, 2025. 3D aligners on app are all wrong, How can they set up 3D image, when they were not able to use impression kits I sent them, they stated that my back Molars were missing, Email stated I needed to redo impression kit, I sent email that same day to just cancel. Alignerco has refused to listen to my concerns, I should not have to pay 20% for convenience fee along with double charging me for impression kit per ***** *****. I have been communicating for weeks with this. I'm afraid to refer AlignerCo to my **************** with the customer service I have been going through.     The aligners I received have worked fantastic! I am 2/3rds of the way through my treatment, and they have been the most cost-effective teeth aligners I have seen. If you're considering what company to use, I would highly suggest looking into them.

    Won't accept impressions, after I request refund they are now saying they may accept impressions, refusing to give refund. I have chatted, emailed, and escalted the issue and will be forced to make a claim with my credit card company

    Im currently on step 8 out of 15. So far, *** had a great experience. I was super surprised by the quality of the aligners considering the price. Set up was straightforward and customer service did an amazing job of helping guide me through the startup. Definitely recommend for anyone trying to straighten their teeth on a budget.
