    I ordered an automatic dog feeder on Oct. 2nd. They debited my account for *****. I have emailed them twice but can get no response. We have not received the feeder. I either want the feeder or my money. My order number is DD-*****. I would appreciate any help with this.

    Purchased an item. Returned it. Before sending back to company I took photos of the item. The item was returned to exact same way it was sent to me.....after months I finally got a correspondence to my emails. They lied and said the item was used and covered in hair. I responded letting them know I have photos of the returned item. They insisted I was dishonest. Never requesting photos. The company is a scam and has the worst customer service ever!

    Customer contacted us and insisted that we take her item back and pay for her return back to us as she insisted that we advertised the item as an "Anti-jump" harness and we did not. We explained to the customer that we have no control over what categories ****** may put us into into their search engine algorithms and that the product description is clear in the product page on our website that this is a training harness for not pulling on a leash only. No where on our website does it say the ****** Harness is an anti-jump harness and I asked her where she saw that on our site and she couldn't show that. This customer was mad and also didn't like our return policy so she decided to try and harm us by opening up a BBB report/review, as you are reading now. As stated in our return policy, she was able to send the item back for a store credit, exchange or refund as long as it came back in the exact state it was shipped in. That was not the case with this customer. The customer checked off a box at check out that said "I read and accept your return policy". She was mad and irate in all her emails to us, which we have, and she sent back the harness tried on, filled with hair. I am the owner, I opened the package myself and knew exactly who it was from, the customer that was giving us so much trouble because she simply didn't like the item and didn't want to have to pay to ship it back to us and didn't want to have to follow our policies she checked off on. Our return policy clearly states that if you return a clothing item used, tried on, with hair, etc... you will be notified (which we did) and either we can send you back your item or we can keep it but at 50% the original price because we can't resell it that way and it has to now get sold as a used item in our clearance center at 50% off. This customer was mad and threatening and wouldn't let up so as a curtesy and to try and avoid more trouble with her, I offered her a refund in form of a store credit and waved the 50% and issued it to her and she now decided to try and smear our name online. We have been online for over 12 years, one owner and one assistant and we have built this business purely on good customer service and our reputation is all we have and we do not lie to our customers and I am sorry she felt that way. But being in online retail all these years, I have learned one thing... if a customer doesn't want an item they ordered and they just want a full refund on it all instead of following the stores return policies, they will do whatever it takes to try and get their money back and harm the company they bought from. It's not fair and it's just what people like this do because they know they can.
