This project as you can see by contract started March 7th. Understandably due to COVID we were aware there would be delays on supplies. After some pressure the majority of the $27,800 job was completed sometime in July. What wasn't completed were the pantry shelves. HVReno produced temporary shelves out of plywood until what **************** stated were being ordered. The new shelves arrived about 4 weeks ago. When we place the shelves in place they were too small and were not measured properly. We texted **************** 3 times. We texted with photos of the problem. His response on October 29th "Hi ok I'll check on Monday". We waited and texted again November 19th, with no response. We texted again November 22nd, and no response. I paid for this job in full to have not gotten a completed job. I am requesting compensation of $300. We will have to find another contractor to measure and cut the appropriate wood and fit the pantry. Or have the shelves in my hands NLT December 15th, 2021.

This contractor redid our bathroom about a year ago, and since then we have had repeated problems with leaks and frozen pipes. We ripped down our entire kitchen ceiling to expose the plumbing only to find that none of the plumbing they installed meets code. Although we paid for all the plumbing to be replaced, they left many old, broken, rotting pipes. When contacting the company to try and address the issue, I was told it was not their problem. I have to remove and reinstall ALL of the plumbing that they did, to the tune of several thousand dollars which also includes ripping up the bathroom walls and floor. Do not use these people. ********************* is a ***** who doesnt take accountability for his work. He also told me at one point when water was literally pouring from my ceiling that women dont understand plumbing.

I am attaching the signed contract for the bathroom redo. We did not charge nor discuss repairing or replacing any plumbing in this bathroom other than the new connections. Let alone pipes that froze in her nearly 100 year old house. Furthermore any one that knows me knows that I would never say women dont understand plumbing. This is a total fabrication as is this complaint. Considering that the project was a full bathroom renovation that included gutting the entire bathroom and removing the entire floor, "installing the sink, faucet and tub" means plumbing them in appropriately, which was not done. Below are links of what the plumbing currently looks like, on video. Yes, the house is 100 years old, which is obviously why we hired what we thought was a reputable contractor to replace the bathroom plumbing. No one would open their entire bathroom floor and not replace the plumbing. What a ridiculous excuse for shoddy work. This video shows the work, so that anyone thinking to hire this guy can see for themselves what to expect.: **********************************************************************************
