            Last May Connor Sleight and his crew planted 11 trees in my yard. Three were in a burm Connor and his team built on the side of my house. Eight were in my backyard. By October five of the trees were dying and by December a total of eight had died. We contacted Connor all along and he promised he would take care of it. He guaranteed the trees for one year and we let him know well within the year. Once the weather warmed up we started to contact Connor to replace the trees and grind a stump. He made various excuses and kept promising to come out. It appears he has blocked my husband’s number, ###-###-####, so I have been reaching out. He stated he was getting married so , although he promised to do it before he was married, we agreed to wait. He has not returned any of our calls or texts. We have been very kind and understanding. At this point, it seems clear he has no intention of helping us as he won’t call us to make arrangements. We have been patient and professional in our dealings with Connor. We know he has been working from his texts and social media. We would like a full refund plus the cost of removing all eight trees.

            Connor and his crew came and took my tree down the day after I called him. The crew was professional, they minimized any damaged to my lawn and worked quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed and will recommend them to anyone for their tree needs.
