I got my nails done and asked for a gel manicure. The person doing my nails said I should get an SNS nails manicure (because it supposedly last longer but it truthfully doesnt, they just want to be able to charge $10 extra). I told them three times in a back and forth conversation of them insisting this SNS manicure, that I do not want an SNS manicure. The person then said ok and did my manicure. When I received my **** it was $10 higher. When I questioned the price they claimed that I knew about getting an SNS manicure. I was defrauded and robbed. This is very insulting and COMPLETELY RUDE. I would like to receive a refund for the difference that I DID NOT AGREE UPON. Furthermore I am very concerned that this deceiving and unethical behavior may be practiced with others.Customer response
