I purchased a Mini Golden doodle from Furever friends family on Dec 2,2024 at the winter street fair on ****************** ************ **. We paid $2,000 plus a cc carge. He was originally **** but the employee gave us the wrong info. After purchasing him everything was good. We were told that we were recieving papers on the dog but never did, on dec 7&8, i text the breeder explaining that the puppy was coughing non stop. She said its Kennel cough and she will have her vet give me medication for him free of charge. I picked the meds up and gave them to him.On Dec 16th, 10 business days of having him he had 3 seizures. I called ******* (the breeder) and asked if her vet can see him. She said go to a hospital. There were no vets available on the weekend so we wound up ******* him to ***************** in ******** ** 1 HOUR away. THe puppy was having issues breathing. .Before the vet would even work on him they needed a deposit of $5,680 my father paid on his Credit card. LOng story short, he was there 3 days, total bill was $6219.52 which we had to pay and they told us to have the breeder reimburse us. I reached out to them and they stated they needed a paper saying he was unfit for sale in order to take him back. i wanted them to reimburse us the vet bill or at least half of it due to not even having the puppy 2 weeks, Their *** policy states that Within **************************************************************************** he has current symptoms of a contagious/ Infectious disease, or within 180 calander days has a congential malformation, genetic, birth defect , the breeder shall give us the right to either return the puppy and receive a full refund including sales tax, vet cost, return the animal for exchange of animal of consumers choice of equal value and vet cost, or retain the animal and receive reimbursement from dealer. The vet and I sent all papers needed and nothing yet has been done, They are selling SICK PUPPIES to people and should be shut down !

      Hello ******,

I will start uploading all the emails and attach them here later today for you as well. The first photo is you having an 8.5 week old puppy out at petco shopping the day after you got him and exposing him to all sorts of things. The other photo is of you allowing dogs to play with your puppy around your doggie in home daycare you provide people. These photos are to remind you of the exposure you brought upon your puppy regardless of us informing you to schedule your vet visits and keep him up to date on shots as well BUT aslo how he most likely caught kennel cough which we did help you treat even though he was sold perfect and no health issues to you. The othere photo is of us conversing with you and informing you not to leave the dog on our doorstep and you refused to take him to a vet since your first phone call early that morning and let him go all day untreated. We are not a vets office and do not have vets on call how you are trying to make it seem which is what i told you on our phone calls as well which is why we recommended you call ******************************** and even provided you with their number and directions earlier on in the day as well as later when you continued to not treat him. The paperwork you signed and we explained about all the legalities is in your take home folders as We explained to you over the phone again if there is a health concern and the vet deems the pup unfit from the time of sale we will take care of it but the vet did not deem the dog unfit due to anything on our part of the genetic part of the dog and did not give you the form to do so either. It is not our job to help diagnose and We are not vets but we do give guidence as to not expose the pup to new surroundings so soon and to take your pup to the vet within the first 14 days for a check up which you did not and you absolutely had the pup around dogs, people, environments and more the vet even said you bought the sick puppy there to pick up the cough medicine so that he can get other dogs sick as apost to leaving him home or in the car while you ran in to grab the meds. I am glad he is doing better and you chose to take him to a vet after our conversation. Had the vet deemed him unfit for sale we would pay and take care of the bills but there are tons of other factors and your vet must have seen his diagnosis from being one of which wasnt a dog being sold sick. Please have your vet explain it to you again.  You failed to get us any and all information we specifically needed BECAUSE it was not an unfit for sale reason.
