Do yourself a favor, and run from this scam. RUN! When it comes to the program that allows you to get the vacuum for free - Lots of promises of great things, but they hide the small print, won’t give you written rules & they change the rules whenever they feel like it. Also, if you are a strong independent married woman who makes her own purchase choices ? Forget it. Your husband must be present for the demo, as well as any demo you do if you sign up for the free vacuum program. You also cannot do demos for people who rent homes. - these are just some of the rules they never tell you. Aside from that, the vacuum is in no way shape or form worth the amount of money they are charging. Pieces break very easily. And what a pain it is to return them - that is, if this secret company allows you too. (The company is very secretive and not at all transparent) The vacuum is very heavy. Way too loud to be used as an air cleaner. And if you try and finance it - they will hide the fact that you cannot pay it off early. So it will essentially cost you one or two thousand dollars more than the already absurd price for interest. We signed up for the demo program and were told at the beginning - just don’t tell anyone the price before the demo because it’s outrageous. We couldn’t in good Faith do demos with any of our friends or family, because we would never want to scam them. So we ate the cost. Please don’t fall for it - learn from our mistake.

Hey **** I am not sure who you are speaking to regarding information on our products, financing and programs? I searched our sales for 2024 - I unfortunately do not even see you as a customer of ours this year? Please call us at ************ or ************ so we can possibly help you out or get you to the correct company if you did not purchase something from us. Because the information you’re stating does not really line up with our business practices. Our company does not have such rules - as we show & sell renters every day of the week. Also if someone wants to buy our product without their husband or if someone does not have a husband why would we stop them for purchasing? Our return policy is very simple and is attached to every contract and sale we have. The cancellation policy is printed right on the contract & it is the same for every customer. So are our sales promotions. Also our company tells consumers the price of the product before we even show the product. It is standard procedure to state the price at the beginning. As far as paying off the machine early - most customers do pay it off within 12-24 early opposed to paying the full term on the product. So you can most definitely pay the product off early if it is financed. Again I am not sure who you did business with but you should call us so we can possibly point you in the right direction. I absolutely love my new purer touch vacuum, helps with dust, allergies, and dog hair!!! And being able to also use it to collect dust and add fresh air back into the house has been awesome!!

I absolutely love my air buddy! It works so well to clean the air and the rain drop effect is so calming. You can get so many unique scents! Sea mist is one of my favorites! I would definitely recommend their company and the customer service is phenomenal
