3/19/21 – online purchase of two Nucs. Confirmation receipt received. Paid $380.00 6/4/21 – via ******** messenger – asked if we could pick up the nucs. No response. 6/30/21 – via email – asked about status. No response 8/1/21 – via email asked for refund 8/2/21 – received email response that due to weather that we would get overwintered nucs in April/early May 2022 8/2/21 – via email agreed. 8/3/21 – received email stating thank you and that he would be contact as soon as the nucs were back north in 2022. 3/11/22 – via email inquired about status 3/11/22 – received email that everyone that didn’t received their 2021 orders is on the top of the list for 2022 and that he would be in touch. April and May 2022 – flyers advertising bees in ***** *****, Cobleskill, NY 6/21/22 – ******** post in Middleburgh, NY page – inquiring if anyone had trouble getting in contact, receiving their bees and/or getting a refund. Overwhelming negative response of other people in the same situation. 6/23/22 – ******** post in New York State Beekeepers page inquiring if anyone had trouble getting in contact, receiving their bees and/or getting a refund. Overwhelming negative response of other people in the same situation. 6/30/22 – via email, I requested a full refund. No response. 7/11/22 – via certified mail, email, text and ******** messenger requested full refund. No response. Mickle Hollow website is still active and taking orders. All I want is my money back.
