I live at ********************** in ***********, just yesterday at 12:30pm, I got a grocery delivery of two boxes which contained very heavy items. I got notified via email at 1:30pm my items had been dropped off and immediately went to retrieve them. Since I live on the second floor and delivery was dropped off in the 1st floor vestibule, I thought it would be best to unload the groceries into bags and make several trips up and down until I emptied the boxes. I had every intention of bringing the empty boxes to the garbage area when I left for work like I do EVERY DAY at 3:50pm. The order was large and I needed to clear my refrigerator and organize to make room for the items Id literally just brought up to my apartment. To my surprise at just 3pm while Im still sorting things out, I got a call to my apartment with an accusatory janitor stating angered that I needed to remove the boxes. I said, I obviously would, I just havent gotten to it yet! I feel I was discriminated against because I could not lift the heavy boxes and wasnt given any opportunity to dispose of the boxes before I was harassed by the staff. There are boxes still in the vestibule for other tenants 12+ hours later and they werent called or bothered, so why was I? I have a blood disorder that makes me very week, so basically the message I was sent is that because Im incapable of taking a package up to my apartment in its entirety, I should be blamed for intentionally leaving garbage, for what? 60min? There are other tenants who are far beyond my degree of disability, so watch out. The company, managers, and staff need to be reminded that I pay you money to live here. This is not a charity. Treat your tenants with respect.

Scheduled an interview for an apartment a month in advance and accepted the application. We get a call while on a 5 hour drive there that we are no longer eligible for the apartment when they had a month to tell us so. They also call from an unknown number which is a very shady process. If you are looking for an apartment be aware of hidden policies where they can deny you any minute and not be decent enough to tell you in advance about it
