Booked the husband and wife duo for our summer 2023 wedding. Did our engagement photos with them August 2022. They told us we’d get a sneak peak in a week then the rest in a month. Gave them grace as they had a busy summer. After not hearing from them after a month we reached out. Multiple emails, multiple texts and no response. Finally weeks went by and they said “they would look at the editing schedule and get back to us” weeks went by again after reaching out and no response finally 2.5 months after our shoot we received our photos. Happy to have received by annoyed with the communication. Didn’t reach out to them for 6 months until closer to the wedding to discuss a meeting for the shot list and more. They were great on the wedding day and we do love our photos. Afterwards was unprofessional. Did not receive a sneak peek until 2.5 months after the wedding. We decided to not jump on their throats for the rest. About 4 months after the wedding we reached out, no response. Emailed/texted, no response. Until a couple weeks later they said we should receive the photos in a few weeks (5 months after the wedding) when we finally got photos it was only 1/4 of the photos.. asked for the rest and they said they were finishing the upload. 3 more weeks went by with nothing, no emails or text or anything. Finally I checked the original link they sent us and there were all our photos.. but none edited. We were just happy to get our photos but they never told us they uploaded the rest. (6 months post wedding) 8 months post wedding we received our USB drive with BW and regular photos. Their communication is terrible, they make every excuse in the book. They ignore messages, there’s nothing in their contract stating when you’ll receive pictures back you have to go by their word which is meaningless. Do not use them. They would say they’re behind on edits then post on social media booking mini shoots for the week. They don’t care about their clients.
