              Hired Paris Construction to fix a patio French door threshold that had been in taking water and began dripping into basement and started to rot sub floor at door frame. Original estimate included labor at $846 and supplies needed at $813 and then charged additional $140 to replace entire metal threshold. Ended up charging an additional $300 because had to take both doors and remove door frame which took approximately 2 extra hours of labor. In total he performed 5hrs of labor. After repairing and leaving L French door was sagging, no longer dead bolted to R door and R door also had large gap under door which would allow water to come in from under door. The next day I realized it no longer latched and was sagging and found that I was charged for $950 worth of material but only used 1-2 pieces of plywood, caulking, 1 piece of particle board, a few nails, spray foam. insulation, door shims, flashing tape. Reused all, even broken materials that Door had before. Won’provide any receipts

              Hired and paid Paris Construction to put a new roof on my house, paid half down, approx. $5,000, ran off with my money. I actually paid him more by putting it on my credit card but could only prove what was written on the contract. I took him to small claims court. If I could give him zero stars I would, sure wish I had of researched him, would have saved me a lot of sleepless nights.
