I received a billing statement for $299.68 and asked the billing if i could make a $25.00 payment monthly and they said they only allow three months to pay this in full!! I asked the supervisor/manager also and she said same thing. This is ridicules!!!!Business response

I have reviewed the Billing and Collections Procedure and it outlines the following for payment plans: Balances between $50-$499.99, must be paid off within 3 months Balances between $500-$999.99 must be paid off within 6 months Balances of $1000 or greater must be paid off within 12 months The guidelines listed above would have been used when the patient requested paying $25 per month. If there are extenuating circumstances that would not allow for the plan to be adhered to, there may be instances where repayment can be extended. I am unaware of Ms. ******** circumstances for repayment options.
