I traveled to Watertown with my elderly mother who spends her summers there at her waterfront cottage I had a flight booked for 6 am Monday June 6th and call Chris Transportation the evening of the 5th of June, Chris answered him self, I asked for a 4:30 am Taxi pick up and he said no problem and mentioned that it would cost a little more because of our address on the point it would be $70, he insisted on upfront credit card,I travel a lot for buisness and use **** or **** so I did not think much by it . On June 6th NO TAXI ,NO CHRIS, NO CAR nothing !Im calling ,texting over and over knowing it takes at least 35-45 minutes to get there and I am unfamiliar with morning traffic there but nobody is picking up at CHRIS TRANSPORTATION even though they advertise 24/7 service ! I sadly had no choice but to have my 82 year old mother drive me and thank goodness because I just made my plane! Today I see CHRIS TRANSPORTAITION had the audacity to charge my card $70 for a service I never received and when I call like on June 6 th no one is answering the phone ! Please help me get my $70 refund. Thank you Best regards *** **********Business response

The address we were given was not conclusive. The driver could not locate him. The driver did try to call but he couldn't reach him. I talked to him on the phone and offered a refund.
