DO NOT BUY HERE. I purchased a vehicle here April 18 2023. I had to take the vehicle back right after purchase and it sat there for a week because the check engine light was in. When I got it back the check engine light came on and went off until I lost the vehicle in an accident in March of 2024. I went to the dealership about the issue more than 8 times and nothing was done. They just started taking notes and ignoring me. They are irresponsible and unreliable. When I was rear ended in February 2024 insurance put my vehicle at a total loss after inspection. Insurance fraud then stepped in and revoked it because they weren’t paying for the damage that was done in a previous accident in 2018. The vehicle was sold to me in “safe” condition with a broken frame. The vehicle is a total loss but insurance won’t pay it. Mike at the dealership told me to slap a new bumper on it and bring it in as a trade in. So someone else can put their families lives in danger. I think not. I’m looking for an attorney right now to settle the loan but Drive America needs to be shut down.
