I keep getting automated sales letters from ***** ***** since I finalized my bankruptcy a year ago. I contacted Mr.***** upon my fifth letter and told him to stop sending me letters requesting I buy a car from him. He acknowledged my having contacted him. I’ve recently received a 6th letter requesting I drivers 70 miles to Watertown and buy a used car from this dealership. I want this harassment to stop, as I’ve previously stated to Mr.*****. I’ve already contacted my attorney who advised me that we will file harassment charges against the business if they keep sending me unsolicited mail

Bought a **** ******** from them March 2023. I had issues from the get go, registration issues, broken parts, etc. all of which were eventually handled. I went to get my first oil change and I have no dip stick. I was told it went through a thorough inspection, but somehow they missed a dip stick. They can’t get me in for almost a month to even look at it. I was advised by the garage that did my oil, to not drive far with nothing covering the oil. Widricks resolution till they can see it was aluminum foil or tape over it.

BBB spoke to Eric at business and the following was relayed: The customer had taken the vehicle somewhere else to get the oil changed. It was there that they said the dip stick was broke, no one knew how or when. We did order a replacement and the customer is scheduled for an appointment to have this taken care of tomorrow.

I purchased a 2018 *** **** from Widrick Auto Sales on May 4, 2022. My purchase was contingent on the dealer fixing some paint/rust issues on the vehicles body. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, the body work had not been done to the truck. The dealership then provided me with paperwork stating that they still owe me the body work on the truck. I was told that they would call to schedule the work with me within 2 weeks. I have called them numerous times and still as of June 22, 2022 do not have a date with them. They had sent me over to a dodge dealership in hopes that some of the work they owe me is under warranty, however the pictures of the body issues were never submitted. I have called multiple times to check on the status of the warranty coverage, and each time the ***** dealership has told me that no photos were submitted. When I call Widrick Auto Sales about the issue they lie to me and tell me that the pictures have been submitted and we are waiting for approval. I now own a $32,000 dollar truck that has damage on it from the day I bought it, and it was not promptly fixed as they told me it would be. I feel as if they are avoiding me. When I spoke with the maintenance representative at Widrick Auto Sales she told me they are at the mercy of the warranty, but as I said I have paperwork stating that Widrick Auto Sales owes me the body work. It seems as if Widrick Auto Sales is trying and hoping to get the warranty to cover the work they promised me.

BBB spoke to Dan at business and the following was relayed: The vehicle had body issues that we thought were going to be covered under the manufacturer's warranty but weren't. We were going to cover it and scheduled an appointment for the customer to bring the vehicle in, they did not show up.

I purchased a vehicle from widricks auto sales in may and it has had constant issues each month some covered with the warranty and some not I have replaced the torque converter. I still get a check engine light if I go between 35-45 MPH with the code saying it’s the torque converter, additionally I had my caliper lock up on my truck. When it was towed to widricks (which I had to pay for) they informed me it was the parking brake. I had payed for the service and as soon as I left the lot the same issue happened. Now I have to replace the calipers, brakes, rotors and brake fluid. I do not have the documents proving this at the moment because all the paperwork is in my truck at the shop.

I came to this dealer to purchase a truck from almost 2 hours away. The original truck from the pictures online did not match at all, with a ton of rust in person that seemed to be changed from online. I test drove multiple trucks on the lot, and decided on a used ****. I noticed some safety issues on test drive (wheel bearings and tie rod) this is a huge safety concern that they would let people drive a unsafe vehicle on the lot. I purchased the truck with the agreement that it would be fixed. A week of Unclear communication later I was able to pick up the truck. It was dark and I did not notice till I got home that the truck was missing some of the accessories I had made clear was the purpose of buying the vehicle. A hitch for starters on a truck.. also noticed the rear sway bar was freshly removed from the truck with fresh cut marks along with hitch (slight safety concern). Sales manger made excuses and run around with no help or try to help after trouble getting ahold of him for over a week. I did happen to notice a mechanic from there with the same truck as mine, so I could only speculate it may have went to him. I have all pictures of before with the truck having these accessories when I signed. I do to plan to seek further action with my claims. I’m sure they will use the common “ over 100,000 miles not lemon law line”.

I went to get a vehicle from widricks auto sale on June 1st within the first week of having it it broke down it was smoking under the hood the week of June 9th 2021 and they had to tow it. I got it back a week later and within another week it broke down again an the battery completely died they said the battery was no good between the weeks of June 16th and June 23rd 2021 and it had to be towed again. It seems as if every time we take it in to get it fixed something else comes up wrong, I have had nothing but problems with this vehicle since I got it. I went in to speak with them about my check engine light being on in September of 2021 they told me that they were full and then they set me up with an appointment that they didn't even tell me about it and told me I missed it and then set up another appointment a month later.

BBB spoke to Dan at the business and the following was relayed:

The car was purchased with over 100,000 miles and no lemon law warranty. The customer has a Wynn's warranty which has not covered anything. We have covered everything ourselves, the customer has not been charged a paid any money toward repairs. When the car was here, we gave the customer a rental at no charge. The customer missed the last appointment. We are willing to inspect and address the current issues, including the rotor issue. The customer needs to call and schedule an appointment. As long as the customer communicates with us and remains respectful, we are willing to assist.
