We switched propane services around September 7, 2022. We called center state to cancel our service and have them come pick up their tank. We were told that they would have someone come out and pick it up however it would be a $75.00 pick up fee and then we would get a check for the left over fuel in the tank. I have made at least 5 calls since canceling services asking them to pick up their tank. I spoke with a representative on 11/3 I requested a call back from a manager as to why this tank hasn’t been picked up as it’s in our way and snow will be falling and I don’t want a truck coming when their is snow on the ground ruining my lawn. I also requested to speak with a a manger regarding waiving the 75$ pick up fee since had been waiting since the beginning of September to have the tank picked up. No one called me back I called last week 11/11 spoke with Jamie and I was told a manager would be calling or emailing with answers regarding the issues no one ever called. I called today 11/14 spoke with Jamie again and asked to be placed on hold to speak with someone. Waited on hold to speak with a manager mike who tried to tell me that we spoke and that he hadn’t had any trucks in the area recently. Mike and I never talked ever prior to this conversation and when he was corrected he backed down. However I find it funny that 2 1/2 months tbag they haven’t had a truck available to pick up this tank when the off branch of their business is about 3 miles from where I live. I told mike I wanted the tank picked up today which I was told couldn’t happen and I told them I wanted it then picked tomorrow 11/15 and I wanted a call back with the time the tank would be picked up along with the pick up fee waived due to the inconvenience of hanging this tank here for the last two months and that once the tank was picked up I wanted a check in the mail by next week for reimbursement for the fuel left in the tank. Mike said he would get back to me 11/14 he never did
