Jon and his team were very professional from the beginning. When Joncame to our house to measure for the quote, he was very honest and thorough. He proposed ideas that we had not thought of that would help the longevity and strength of our fence which was necessary for the location of our house. He was always timely and followed up with updates about the project start date. Their team was timely, respectful and always communicated well throughout the entire process. We are very pleased and highly recommend Jon and his company for anyone who’s interested in project. He was one of five quotes we received, and he by far was the most personable, tailored to our needs and reasonable. In the end, we used three types of fence and the project looks beautiful, giving us the security we needed. There was something unique about Jon, he really took the time to understand our needs and felt by far the most trustworthy compared to the other companies. McCaughin Brothers Fence Contractors met all our expectations for replacing our old 13 panel picket wooden 6 ft fence. I am always very reluctant to call contractors off the Internet. I normally only do work around my house with contractors that are referred to me through friends and family. But I really need a new phone so I had to take a risk. Honestly I didn’t get the three Quotes my husband always asks for. I found three reviews for them on my ******** APP. there were two reviews and they were both excellent and showed pictures of the before and after. As soon as I messaged them they got back to me within a half an hour to set up an appointment to come out and look at the job and give me an estimate. Contractor showed up on time and explained exactly what they would do. I had a written estimate by the end of the day and contract.I was put on the schedule the following week and they showed up on time and ready to work. This is not a prebuilt picket fence. Every plank is put up by hand piece by piece. So it’s really a custom built fence. They were meticulous and measuring and making sure every single board was even ,tight and perfect.( There was no lunch breaks or taking off to get coffee.) I had a beautiful fence by mid afternoon! From start to finish this was a true professional transaction. If you are looking forward to getting any type of fencing in the near future these are the guys to schedule with!
