      Was approved for heap on November 4th, they never delivered. I called on the 18th of November with lady telling me she would call back and that 8 would have to order emergency and lose gallons but she was to call me back to see if driver could deliver by Monday. She never called. I called again this time for emergency and was told I would get 200 gallons. Now mind you I had just about a $300 credit. She said she would call me back to let me know when to expect delivery. She never called again, and about 4:30 pm guy came to deliver but only put 162 gallons in as he said that's all he had. So I thought the would deliver rest. I call 11/21/22 and was told I have no credit and that's all I was allowed. They are taking advantage of people, heap, and my family.

      Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Ms. **** concerns. We received Ms. ****** HEAP guarantee letter dated Friday, November 18, 2022, Ms. **** requested a delivery and was told that we were not in her area again until the following week. Therefore if she wanted a delivery before that time, she would need to pay a special delivery charge of $100.  When she called, her account was set up to receive fuel oil because her previous deliveries were made when she had a tank located inside. We originally quoted her delivery based her receiving fuel oil. When we found out that her tank had been replaced with a tank located outside, we recommended that she switch to kerosene to avoid issues with fuel oil gelling in cold temperatures. Since kerosene is more expensive she was only able to get 162 gallons of kerosene with the HEAP benefit and the credit left on her account. We made her delivery that same day, Friday, November 18, 2022.  I have included a copy of the account ledger for Ms. **** showing the credit on her account before the HEAP was added, the charges for the special delivery, and the 162 gallons of kerosene delivered.       Better Business Bureau:  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. As I stated, lady said she would call me back never did. She also confirmed heap was funded on the 4th of November, along with 200 gallons kerosene. Please listen to your recordings. Something is fishy. And if I had known I would not be getting 200 gallons, I would not have ordered.  But she said she would call me again and again she did not. Evidently I was not informed prior to delivery and that should not have costed me for your mistakes.   Regards,  **** ****
