We had to replace our 60 ft floating dock that was ruined due to muskrat infestation. Steve worked with us on design and price. Dock was completed and delivered on time and within budget. We found Mr Stephens to be courteous and conscientious, as we're his employees. His post delivery follow-up was appreciated.

St Lawrence Dock Systems built a crib dock for us that is above and beyond sturdy! It has held up to ice, high waves, flooding, you name it and we are certain our dock will stand up against all the weather Mother Nature sends our way! It was built in 2017. This fall, we have contracted Mr Stephens to build 2 more crib docks for us this year at our Island property. Despite weather challenges with changing water levels, increasing material costs, Steve and his crew continue to do superior work! Our project took place over a two year period due to changing water levels and many modifications to the original plans. Steve answered all questions and we were able to work through each issue that came up. In addition to rebuilding our dock, we added a boat port with lift and Steve’s crew did a fine job. Anyone who asks me who did our work, I surely tell them it was Steve Stephens from St. Lawrence Dock Systems.

We had Steve Stephens guys correct a faulty and insufficient insulation job in a crawl space that would have caused water pipes to freeze if not addressed. His employees were on time and neat and completed the job in a timely manner. thank you.

Very pleased with the work done by st Lawrence dock systems. The new floating dock replaced old Styrofoam floats which had been destroyed by muskrats, a common problem. Now it sits high on its high density plastic floats. It looks great and is stable in high waves. Stuck to quote even in light of this year's steep increase in lumber prices. Contractor built us a very efficient and usable dock system that was engineered for the fluctuating water levels of the St Lawrence River. We are very happy with his work and he has been very reliable to return and take care of minor maintenance issues. I would recommend him to, and have, to anyone interested in upgrading their current dock situation. Greg Fratrik

During the winter/spring several years ago, St Lawrence Dock Systems installed a new crib dock at my river home. The experiece was amazing. The dock is fantastic and despite some sun weathering of surface boards, the dock is as solid and sturdy as it was the day it was completed. In fact, Steve and his workers exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend St Lawrence Dock Systems for anyone needing a new dock or repair of an existing dock.

We had an excellent experience with St. Lawrence Dock Systems. They were responsive and timely, and did a superb job of replacing our Floating Dock and repairing our fixed dock. We would definitely use them again and have recommended them to our friends.

In the spring of 2019 an ice flow Over 75’ long struck my 60’ fixed dock on my island collapsing the center cantilevered support I-beam. I had a dock contractor quote me $25,000 to drill 4 new support pipes and repair the dock. I was referred to St Lawrence Dock Systems by a friend. Mr Stephens came to look at the job. I explained to him that we used the cantilevered I- beams to support steel trusses as we had ice problems from a pressure ridge that formed every year. When I told him that this dock had lasted for 20+ years he said he thought we should repair the support system that had been successful for so long. He estimated it would cost approximately $5-6,000. Needless to say I gave him the job. He performed the work quickly and for $6,300. I subsequently had him repair a rock breakwater that protects our boathouse from the same pressure ridge. It had been damaged by the same ice flow. He came out with his barge on a Saturday and effected the repairs in a few hours for I believe it was $200. My daughter and her husband bought a summer home this fall and need their floating boathouse relocated. I recommended Mr Stephens to them and he starts their job next week.
