If youre looking for any type of customer service, this is not the company for you. They are the nicest people in the world until they have your money in their pocket. The owner **** laughs at you if you have any sort of issue. My original date was October 28th, I got a phone call from ***** on October 8th asking if they can come the next day in which I replied can you give me an hour to move my schedule around and see if i can make it work in which he replied "yes, absolutely". I call them back after solidifying my schedule to find out they gave the date to someone else which upset me a bit. Spoke to ****, the owner, in regards to the situation. All he did was laugh at me and say thats just my personality. Moved me up to October 18th to try and smooth things over.Yesterday, the work finally gets done and they did a good job except the finish work, in which they pride themselves in. Noticed all of this today when I got home and went to go look at the window. The sheetrock was not secured correctly, the tape started peeling off the wall and all the joint compound was cracking. After taking pictures and writing **** (the one who sold me the job), he clearly read my message and never responded.I genuinely hope I dont have any issues down the line because I KNOW it will be pulling teeth to get anything resolved.Moral of the story, buyer beware. No customer service skills and dont let them sell you on the fact theyre the only company that does all the finish work.
