Gfuel has terrible customer service. They take over a week to actually ship to you, and when they do they snail mail. Order placed on 10/29 with a delivery of 11/14. I'm never ordering from these guys again they are awful.

Hey there! This order was placed on October 31st and will be delivered on November 13th (9 business days). Our shipping policy states that domestic orders are generally delivered within 1-12 business days depending on the service you chose at checkout. Great product but missing leading shipping methods. Will send a confirmation email to state when item is expected to arrive. Following up with a email staying they didn't mean it and you will get it a later date.G Fuel, LLC

I have been buying G Fuel for about 10 years and in the last 3 years buying directly from their site has been a ****** that I will not be taking anymore. The first issue was when something in my order was forgotten. They only refunded me $1 which is what they decided the value of the product would be instead of just sending the product that they forgot. This $1 would not buy me that same product and even if it would I would have to pay for shipping again. The second problem was when I ordered for a buy one get one deal and never even got my order. Again, rather than sending me the order I never received they only sent me a refund of the cost of the product and not the money I spent on the shipping. On top of missing out on the deal because of this issue, they took my money for shipping on an item that I never received.Review fromJulian P

I had purchased a variety of G-FUEL flavors with my most recent order (GF6159023) and while most of the flavors were excellent, the 'Blood ************** flavor which is advertised as tasting like Cinnamon was absolutely disgusting and repugnant. Blatantly false advertising and I wish I could get a refund or exchange it for ANY other flavor. I've spent hundreds of dollars on G-FUEL as I drink it daily, but this purchase is making me seriously consider leaving for other energy mix brands. Their strict no refund policy punishes customers for exploring different offerings and flavors for times like these where the flavor is gross and not as advertised. The shaker cup featuring the character is really cute, but the actual G-FUEL powder mix itself is having me consider my options with reaching out to my bank and consumer advocate groups. Other reviews for this flavor were largely negative as well and I think consumers were mislead with the marketing materials for this flavor.G Fuel, LLC

Customer has been contacted about their previous order and a resolution has been reached. While we cannot accept returns for opened products, we offered to send this customer a replacement tub/flavor of their choice as a courtesy, and they accepted. 1 starI purchased a collectors box and received two emails from them, one initially detailing when it was to be expected, which was 5 to 10 business days, and then a second email a few days later describing how it was going to be running late but still was to be expected within the 5 to 10 day detailed in the original email. That was a month ago, and I am still waiting to hear something from them; I've emailed them three times with no success, have gotten no updates, and I'm starting to get worried that my $68 is lost to the wind. I've purchased from G FUEL before and had little to no issues, but this is enough to make me never want to do business with them again. I don't understand how businesses can ignore emails asking where a product is and what they've done with my money. I don't believe I will buy from G FUEL again.Review fromTodd B

Used to be a good company. Now it's just awful. Also, begging customers to write positive reviews on this site should've been my RED FLAG. Tier-1 means nothing. Waited 8 days just to ship, called them and was lied to, they said it would ship the next day. Didn't ship. Called them the day after that and they said it would ship in 2 days. Waited and Nothing. Called today and they told me it would be another 10 days. I also just realized there's a cancer warning on their products. They ran out of stock or OVERSOLD said product and rather than admitting it or communicating with me they'd rather ghost me until I get upset and reach out to them and then just tell me what I want to hear. Worst service I have EVER experienced. Still waiting on my money to be back on my card also. I expect that will take a fight to get as well judging by how little they actually care about their customers.G Fuel, LLC

Love these drinks not acidy like other sugar free drinks. Delivery is fast packed very well. Notifications when flavors are back in stock. Love when they run a sale. Only reason I dont give 5 stars is sometimes it wont accept my payment on bank card. But other than that the flavors of the drinks are pretty spot on. 100% will always drink these now!G Fuel, LLC

5 starsGreat company with an amazing product. I started drinking G-Fuel in 2017 as a substitute for coffee and haven't looked back since. They keep the fresh by collaborating with other big babe l names in gaming, such as ********, to bring to life flavors only thought imaginary such as the Nuka Cola Quantum which quickly became one of my favorites. Any issues I've had have been resolved quickly. Only thing I would say needs changing is how they ship the canned drinks each time I've ordered I've always had one break open in the box. 5 starsAmazing product I've ordered multiple flavors and enjoyed them all, id highly recommend this to anyone, I personally replaced Gfuel as my juice and pop drink what has helped what has helped a lot with my health. The best time to order would be when a bogo deal happens so a buy 1 get 1 free its a great deal and 2 tubs last me easily to the next bogo deal
