Jzaunus **** Has tried to reach out via mail a year later regarding a declined claim for ********************, however, when I contact my insurance company and the hospital they state that no claim was denied.The letter in the mail is requesting personal information which I will not be sending (also there are no details regarding what was declined or dollar figures).Business response

i was contacted by a ********************************************** of Jzanus ***************************** first on February 27, 2023 then again on May 30, 2023 asking me to sign an Appeal form regarding charges they said they are going after on behalf of *********************. I never received any denial of services from my Health Care Provider or from ********************* saying that any of my services were not covered. I e-mailed asking them to provide proof and received no proof. I am not signing some random "legal document"Business response

I got 2 letters from this company asking for my personal information. They told me their client claim was rejected by my insurance carrier. But I did not get any outstanding bills from my insurance provider nor from their client. And I was not aware of any money that I owe from anybody. I could not and should not provide any personal information that I do not have businesses withBusiness response
