      I have had so many therapists and psychologists who would brush me off or not let me talk for myself. I had such a wonderful lady help me and based on past medications INSTANTLY got me on a new low dosage medication. Even though its really early I do feel like I can start to become normal in myself. I am really lucky that this place took my insurence because I am so grateful to the psychologist for giving me the help I need and giving good professional advice to feel good with the medication. Thank you mindful care for saving my life

      Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Provider seemed okay at first, but when the first medication didnt help, only made it worse. She switched me to one she said had very few side effects, but the papers from the pharmacy said otherwise. I even messaged her again to make sure it was safe for me and she said she wasnt concerned about it.I took the meds as recommended and within two days I was in the emergency room for a severe reaction to the medication that was prescribed.Since then, now 9 days and counting with no meds, and I have not received any follow up from my provider. I have emailed multiple times and the responses only continue to use my deadname that I clearly explained was a problem.They put me on heavy meds and then completely ignored me when I got sick from them. I learned the hard way that I am better off on my own, without meds and these people should be called Mindf*ck.

      This place is all about money and doesn't care about their patients. My girlfriend ran out of medication and they want to make an appointment first. This is not a controlled substance and there is no reason they can't write a script that day.If they cared about their patients they would not them go without medication for more than a day. They will not write any refills on the script unless you meet with them each month. I have never in my life heard of this. Hence money hungry Mindful care. This is absolutely ridiculous. People can go through very serious withdrawals without meds. Yet they don't seem to care and just want her money. I have been seeing physiatrists most of my life and I have never ever seen something like this. They should be ashamed of themselves. Do yourself a favor and get a real professional as you won't find one here with good morals or values. I write this not for myself but for others so they don't get caught ** in there money trap.

      I will need the patient's name to be able to look up this account. However, we care very much about patient's care, and we give refills constantly. We have a whole PCA department that handles just refills and prior auths.

      I live in a very small town where mental health is hard to come by. Mindful Care has helped me greatly. From my bipolar depression to my marriage, Im so grateful. ******* is my therapist and she is so encouraging, she sends me worksheets to help me refocus and to remain positive. With my busy schedule I just need to hop on zoom and can meet with her, if I need an emergency appointment I can be seen ASAP. Whats even better is its all covered by my insurance with no hidden fees or membership fees. I highly recommend this company!!!!

      AndyO Mindful Care billing and patient access to THEIR BILLING INFOMATION is HORRENDOUS!!!Only show Amount Owed, no dates or Detail or History Retrieval.No one wants to Talk to you about Billing, they Prefer their SubPar Online System!!!!The Customer has the RIGHT to their INFORMATION - and ACCESS to it!! My therapist was GREAT, but system needs ***************** Updates!!Online Therapy is OK - but far Different from in Person Therapy, and NOT THE SAME!!!

      This has been resolved with the billing department and the clinical department. He was misunderstanding the billing codes. This review should be removed.

      ZERO stars!Exploitive company lacking compassion. I do NOT recommend.This company's policy insisted on appointments to refill (month by month) a prescription I've been taking at the same dosage for almost 20 years.The policy dictated that I have a $325 appointment every 3 weeks (21 days) with a practitioner to justify filling a basic generic prescription for one month only (30 days). How does that make any sense other than medical profiteering? We are NOT talking about a controlled substance here or a person with psychotic episodes or even any mental health symptoms. Just a patient trying to stay well during a pandemic. Just a garden variety antidepressant for someone who takes no other medication.This is exploitive and is in direct opposition to mindful care. Why not write a scrip for 6 months, or even 3, and then check in again then? Furthermore, I missed an appointment due to work and shortly thereafter received an automated system email telling me that I would be charged $50 for the missed appointment. How is this mindful or caring? Banks do a kinder job of this type of exploitation.I do not recommend.I ended up joining *** ******* and got an MD tele-health appointment and a 6-month prescription SAME DAY.No stars for the greedy and exploitive Mindful Care.

      Since we are an Urgent Care model, we have to follow up with patients as a policy every 2 weeks for the first month and half to make sure the patient is stable, rather the patient is on the medication 20 years or not, the patient is NEW to our facility and we need to hold their hand until we can ensure they are stable.
