I've got some trouble orders that I have not receive the packages, can you help me out? ***** deliverman didn't deliver it for me.which I am wondering if you can get that for me. Good Afternoon,
We have not heard from this customer at all regarding non receipt of this order. This order was placed on 3/30/22 and tracking shows it was delivered on 3/31/22 at 4:15 PM. If the customer would have reached out to us, we would have filed a claim on his behalf ( as DTLR is not responsible for lost or stolen items once they are picked up by the courrier (as stated on our website). However, since we value him as a customer, we would have filed a claim with **** *** would have done an investigation and if *** approved the claim, we would have been able to either issue a reship or a refund (if the item was no longer in stock). Since this customer did not contact us within the 60 days we have to file a claim, we are unable to file a claim on his behalf. We would have needed to be notified of the non receipt within 30 days.
